Research On The Improvement Of Company A's Corporate Culture

Company A has achieved theoretical and practical results in the construction of corporate culture,but there are also problems in the transformation of enterprises.This paper draws lessons from domestic and foreign research results on corporate culture theory,especially incentive theory,and uses in-depth interviews,questionnaires,comprehensive analysis and other methods to carry out research,thinking and analyzing the improvement scheme and safeguard countermeasures of corporate culture of A company,so as to stimulate the momentum of transformation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,it analyses the problems existing in company A's culture.It is pointed out that some of its cultural concepts are divorced from the reality of the enterprise,lack of competitiveness in salary and treatment,narrow channels for career advancement,and abnormal employees'thinking and behavior caused by strengthening performance appraisal,which are rooted in four factors:system,policy,management and environment.Secondly,it is pointed out that ideas and Countermeasures for improving corporate culture of Company A are put forward.Four measures are put forward to enhance the construction of culture,strengthen the leadership of managers,and improve staff management methods.Third,the safeguard measures to improve the corporate culture of Company A are put forward.Including A company's corporate culture planning requirements in place,management to enhance organizational security,cultural landing mode and other safeguards.The conclusion of this paper is that human-based management is the core of corporate culture improvement of Company A.
