This paper studies the development strategy of Guangxi International Tourism Co.Ltd by using these models of PEST and SWOT.The Company should choose SO strategy as a general strategy.The development strategy contains three connotations.In the early stage of development strategy,the company should enhance the core competitiveness by rational distribution of air network at home and abroad and providing comprehensive cross-border tourism services.Second,the company should focus on the development and operation of scenic spots in china,building some famous scenic spot and increase the supply of tourism market,Third is to expand the business scope,and develop into a service provider for the whole industry chain of tourism.The company should take some measures to ensure the effective implementation of the development strategy.First is to take measures to control the cost,improve the efficiency of capital operation;second,the company should strengthen the operation of tourism brand and consolidate customer stickiness;third,it's important to gather tourism talents and enhance performance management;the fourth is to integrate social resources and strengthen cooperation between government and enterprises;at last but not least,the company should improve the culture of tourism enterprises and create a strong cultural atmosphere.
