On The Construction Of Tax Organizational Culture

Nowadays, people pay more and more attention on culture as the increasingly development of society. Research became extraordinary active. Research domain is constantly enlarged and research depth is continually dug. The combine of culture and taxation is a inevitable choice which make the taxation work keep the step with modern society. Taxation culture got more and more attentions from society as it play an important role in political and economical life. The investigation of taxation culture not only meet the requirements of taxation economy which approaching the world economy, but also strengthen the construction of spirit culture and matter culture and enhance the ability of management and boost up service quality of staff and promote the taxation career to develop smoothly.The author has long been engaged in tax, and a tax base as a tax charge of leading cultural construction, the tax department is very concerned about the building of organizational culture. This paper investigates and analyzes certain basic issues in the culture of tax organizations with the intention of promoting in depth research in the development of organization culture in China's taxation agencies.Aset of workable strategic recommendations is also presented.
