Research On How The Policy From W District Government Of Converting Results In Agricultural Science And Technology Into Commercial Success Implemented

The development of productive forces has bred new world trends and waves,namely globalization and science and technology.Under this background and foundation,agricultural problems are also changing,and chain-like problems arise in the matching of management and demand.At present,there is a more prominent phenomenon in domestic agricultural problems.The results are difficult to verify,popularize and apply,and to transform into real productive forces.W District is no exception.In the process of implementing the policy of transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,the government plays an irreplaceable role and has a duty-bound mission.However,it often overemphasizes the guiding and principled nature,fails to fully take into account the needs and characteristics of other levels,and to some extent restricts its sound operation.Therefore,this paper intends to conduct in-depth research on the implementation of the agricultural science and technology achievements transformation policy of the W District Government in order to solve the obstacles of low conversion rate of agricultural science and technology achievements,which has strong practical significance and practical value.This research takes W District as the specific object,takes the government as the thinking angle,takes "research significance-literature review-theoretical support-policy combing-case analysis-problem causes-countermeasures" as the main line of thinking,obtains first-hand information on the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements through field visits,and collects a large number of relevant policies on the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements.Policy references and W-area survey data are summarized,analyzed,evaluated,validated and utilized as the basis for supporting the views and conclusions of this paper.Combining with the scientific theory of public management and specific typical cases,the existing policies for the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,especially the existing policies,are put forward.The strengths and weaknesses in the implementation process are analyzed in depth,and the barriers and obstacles affecting the transformation of agricultural-related scientific and technological achievements in the region are found,and the potential factors are summarized.At the same time,on the basis of combing and drawing lessons from the policies and regulations of other provinces and regions in China and foreign countries in relevant fields,and supporting means and modes,the paper designs clear ideas,concrete frameworks and implementing mechanisms for the implementation of relevant policies and supporting measures in accordance with the actual situation of W region,so as to provide convenience and efficiency for the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements.The channel of the bank strives to speed up the sustainable development of economy and society in the region with its own achievements.
