| Human resources are the most important resources in the era of knowledge economy,which play a crucial role in the development of human society.Because of the numerous population in our rural areas,human resources development to rural populations can effectively improve the overall quality of the farmers,and promote the economic development in our rural areas.This is also an effective strategy to solve the problem of "three rural issues" in China.In Jiangsu Province,Suqian City is a very important agricultural market.The agricultural population is very large,and rural human capital development is representative.This paper takes Suqian city as the research point,using literature research,comparative analysis method,field survey,and depth analysis of the basic situation and development of human capital in rural areas in Suqian City,the existing problems and causesAnd combined with the experience of rural human resources development in developed areas of Jiangsu Province,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the development of rural human capital.The research results show that the development of rural human resources in Suqian City has achieved certain results,the total amount is rich,the quality is improved,and the structure tends to be reasonable,which is conducive to the further development of the region’s economy.However,there are still some problems,such as:imperfect development management system,backward development of rural education,low participation rate of rural labor force,and slow rural labor transfer.The reasons for these problems are imperfect development system and mechanism,insufficient investment in rural education,weak training of rural human resources,and large rural labor transfer costs.Combining the experience of rural human resource development in developed areas such as Suzhou City and Yangzhou City,Suqian City should establish a sound rural human resource development mechanism based on the current actual situation,increase investment in rural compulsory education,strengthen rural human resources vocational training,and increase the transfer of rural labor,so as to promote the effective development of rural human resources in the region.In general,this subject research provides concrete ideas for the development of rural human resources in Suqian,which has a strong practical value.However,data collection difficulties may have an impact on the accuracy of data analysis,and whether the results obtained from the study have implications for other regions remains to be tested. |
