Xiamen X Business Management Company constructed a performance management system since 2009,the system has been implemented until now,and then system was optimized,but because of the problems existing in the performance management system,such as disconnected with the company strategy and budget management,performance management concept,methods and tools process promote training does not reach the designated position,the imperfection of the indicators extraction,perfonnance appraisal results using less,etc.,thus unable to achieve a balance between company and employees.the appearance of the situation of single win happened frequently,practical use of company strategy and employee's individual development exerts more adverse effects,unable to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,it even leads to the phenomenon that bad money drives out good,which causes a certain waste of various resources of the company.The reason lies in the diversification,fierce competition and rapid change of the retail industry.This dissertation conduct research on the status quo of original performance appraisal system in Xiamen X Business Management Company,Xiamen X Business Management Company's organizational change survey as the research basis,through the company relevant written system?field survey and face to face interview,analysis the cause of the problem of performance appraisal,combined with relevant theoretical knowledge to build solutions and further reference for related academic papers?periodicals and network information resources,advanced management experience and reference for other department store,put forward perfonnance appraisal improverment direction and Suggestions.In the end,the author led the design of the performance management mode of"strategic map+KPI+KPA",which enabled performance management to undertake the company's strategy,balance the various long-term and short-term development conflicts in the operation,reasonably and effectively allocate limitcd resources,and maximize shareholder value and customer value.
