Gold Tax Phase III System is the general name of the Tax Management Information System Project in China.Gold Tax Phase III system centralizes data processing through technology platform and covers all kinds of taxes.It has the characteristics of wide recognition range,high data integration and high intelligence.Gold and Tax Phase III system on-line further optimizes the tax declaration process,standardizes the tax collection and management process,and greatly improves the invoice management of enterprises.The application of Gold Tax Phase III has brought many conveniences to the tax work of enterprises.However,due to the influence of subjective and objective factors and the uncertainty of external environment,there are many risks in the tax business of enterprises.In recent years,H Real Estate Company's frequent tax risk incidents not only add a lot of cost burden to the enterprise,but also reduce the tax credit rating has become a major obstacle to the development of enterprises.In order to prevent tax risks and adapt to the management of tax risks in the third phase of tax,it is necessary for enterprises to establish their own early warning mechanism for tax risks,so as to prevent them in the future.This paper analyses how to establish a tax risk early warning system under the background of the third phase of tax payment compliance risk.Combining with the characteristics of the third phase of Gold Tax,this paper uses case analysis method to analyze the frequent tax incidents of H Real Estate Company in recent years,to explore the causes of tax risks and early warning loopholes;according to the current tax risk management of H Real Estate Company,through the pre-warning system,the determination of the risk level in the event,and the post-warning indicators,it establishes a suitable for real estate enterprises.The comprehensive and sustainable tax risk early warning system provides reference for enterprises to prevent tax risk.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions to ensure the smooth implementation of the tax risk early warning system.
