The rapid development of urban rail transit is helpful to improve the urban structure. It can promote the economic development of the areas along the route and improve the service capacity of public transport. It will also ease the traffic congestion. However, there are some problems to be solved in urban rail transition, such as crowded subway stations and overloaded passenger traffic during peak periods, high vehicle flight attendant rate and low operating efficiency in low period. In order to alleviate similar problems. We can consider adopting the strategy of rail transit time-sharing pricing so that it can guide passengers to ride reasonably, ease the congestion during peak periods and increase the number of vehicles carrying in the trough period.Based on expounding the theoretical research of timeshare pricing, this paper studies the establishment of time-sharing pricing model of rail transit and takes Chongqing rail transit as an example in order to provide scientific suggestions for realizing the time-sharing pricing of rail transit.First of all,the article explains the research background and significance of this topic. On the relevant measures of rail transit time-sharing pricing at home and abroad, such as Singapore,Melbourne,New York,London and other areas of measures.Based on the theoretical research of urban rail transit time-sharing pricing(mainly based on congestion pricing theory)and the characteristics of passenger flow distribution in urban rail transit, this paper discusses the maneuverability of implementing the time-sharing pricing of rail transit in China. The advantages and disadvantages of commonly used related models are also described.Secondly, taking Chongqing as the example, this paper analyzes the existing problems of urban rail transit in Chongqing, and in view of its existing problems, conducts a questionnaire survey on the feasibility of time-sharing pricing of urban rail transit in Chongqing, and the results verify the feasibility of implementing timeshare pricing strategy.Thirdly, fully taking into account the fairness of fares, the nature of timeshare pricing,as well as the factors affecting the time-sharing pricing of rail transit.Choosing a reasonable pricing method that takes into account the interests of society and transportation companies,a two-layer planning model of rail transit time-sharing pricing considering the flexible needs of passengers is constructed. In the upper model design, the enterprise benefit is the design starting point,in order to achieve the bestenterprise benefit as the goal of planning;in the lower model design, the passenger benefit is the design starting point,in order to achieve the lowest generalized travel cost as the goal of planning. On the basis of considering the characteristics of different algorithms, the most suitable and improved particle swarm algorithm is finally selected as the solution algorithm of the model, and the solution flow and steps are given and verified. Finally, taking Chongqing rail Transit line Line 2 as the implementation object,on the basis of considering the comparative relationship between various public transport travel in Chongqing, combined with the time-sharing pricing two-tier planning model established above, the concrete fare scheme applied to rail transit metro line Line 3 is determined in combination with the actual situation. The scheme is compared with the current fare scheme of Zhongqing, and the influence of two pricing strategies on society, transportation enterprises and passengers is analyzed. The final comparison achieves the verification of the feasibility and effectiveness of timeshare pricing. And in the future in the urban rail transit fan pricing strategy implementation of the actual process, experience has operational, useful relevant recommendations.
