Caoxian County Rural E-commerce Development Research

At present,rural e-commerce is booming all over China,which promotes the economic growth of rural areas and improves the economic income of employees.However,with the rapid development of rural e-commerce,rural e-commerce in many areas is also faced with problems such as backward infrastructure and incomplete supporting service system,which to a large extent restricts the sustainable development of rural e-commerce.As a relatively backward region in Shandong province,southwest Shandong has long been troubled by the slow growth of local economic development,among which the economic and social development of the vast impoverished rural areas is the top priority.Therefore,taking the development of rural e-commerce in Caoxian county as the research object,in-depth analysis of the problems encountered in its development and the reasons,combined with the development concept of rural ecommerce and the emerging economic model,put forward ideas and suggestions to solve the problems,which has practical reference significance for the development of rural e-commerce activities in the vast underdeveloped areas.In Caoxian county rural electronic commerce development situation as the research object,and in the development of rural e-commerce theory as reference to identify elements,by administration officials to Caoxian county region,rural e-commerce practitioners,ordinary people groups such as visiting survey,investigation questionnaire a means of empirical analysis,summarized the present stage there are various problems encountered in the link of the electronic commerce development.Based on the investigation results,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward feasible solutions combining with existing literature and sharing economy theory.After field visiting investigation and analysis,the study found in recent years there are in the process of developing the rural e-commerce and uneven distribution of resources,infrastructure poor internal competition environment,small scale,weak brand,rural e-commerce logistics service comprehensive cost is high,the periodic suggests is difficult to fully meet the demand,lack of professional talents of five aspects,such as lack of comprehensive competitiveness.Based on the investigation and analysis of relevant theoretical basis,the causes of the above problems can be basically summarized as follows: Infrastructure and supporting services and imperfect,government guidance and support,there is deviation,knowledge skill reserve weak,lack of the brand and the core production technology,logistics service low barriers to entry,by sharing mode of logistics service provider relies on is too large,rural electronic commerce suggests service risk big,the wrong information,such as external apparatus of human resources is difficult to obtain,five matters such as the internal human resources.Paper analysis the problems of poor infrastructure distribution and high cost of logistics service comprehensive,suggests demand is difficult to satisfy,the lack of professional talents such as problems involving rural e-commerce development elements,since rural e-commerce activities in the vast rural areas for a long time,and over time,this kind of problem for the development of the industry effects.However,the problems beyond the poor internal competition environment,small scale,weak brand and unclear external development environment are highlighted after the recent blowout development of rural e-commerce and emerging economic industries.Therefore,the basic theories,main research contents and research conclusions involved in this paper have certain reference significance for developing rural e-commerce activities in the economically underdeveloped areas.
