As a new business model,e-commerce has become an integral part of the current economic activity.Rural economy occupy the important position in the market economy in our country,promoting e-commerce into rural agriculture,not only can have the effect of optimizing adjustment of industrial structure of agricultural economy,but also to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" to provide excellent solutions.Actively use the Internet to develop rural electronic commerce construction,is the country to promote economic development,improve the quality and efficiency of the agricultural economy operation,enhance the level of the development of modern agriculture and optimize the industrial structure of the important driving force.Current our country is in the early stages of the rural electronic commerce development,the electronic commerce application has many problems in the process of development in the rural areas,the research to solve problems in electric business in the developing reality of the countryside,to better promote agricultural intensification,farmers,applied science and technology level,improve the level of the rural economy,has urgent realistic demand and meaning.This paper firstly studies the foreign and domestic literature theories,clarifying the concepts and theoretical basis of rural e-business.Secondly,it is a good practice to analyze the successful development of e-business in rural areas and abroad.The data on rural e-commerce were collected by questionnaire,and the empirical analysis was conducted.This paper analyzes the factors and problems that affect the development of rural e-business in jingzhou city.In the end,the successful model of rural e-commerce in other regions was proposed,and some Suggestions for the development of rural e-commerce were put forward.
