Study On The Development Of Tumen River(Hunchun) International Cooperation Demonstration Zone Under The Background Of Ice Silk Road

The reduction of sea ice caused by global warming and economic globalization nake it possible to exploit the rich natural resources of the Arctic Sea.The "ice on the Silk Road" as a blue economic channel has been included in the overall lavout of the none belt and one road" initiative.Promoting the cooperation of the "Silk Road on Ice" has become a hot topic for all parties,which can make the Russian Far East closely linked with Northeast Asia and Europe through the Arctic Channel,thus opening up new development opportunities for the relevant regions.Hunchun City is located at the junction of China and Russia.only 15 kilorneters away from the Sea of Japan.It is the closest point of China's waterway to Russia.South Korea's East coast,Japan's west coast and even North America and Nordic resion.It has special geographical advantages.With the acceleration of Russian Far East development,the Hunchun International Cooperation Demonstration Zone has become not only the beginning of the Eurasian Continental Bridge,but also an important node of the "Silk Road on Ice".The Tumen River International Cooperation Demonstration Zone has achieved remarkable results by virtue of its good location advantages and the integration conditions of government policies,as well as decades of development foundation.However,its slow development and the failure of regional advantages to transform into the driving force of economic development are still plaguing the fuither development of the Hunchun International Cooperation Demonstration Zone.In order to further develop the Tumen River International Cooperation Demonstration Zone(Hunchun),In this paper,the problems in the development were investigated using literature analysis,synthetic analysis,historical review,and dedueing method to analyze the present state of the Hunchun International Cooperation Demonstration Zone and the development countermeasure was finally promoted.The Hunchun International Cooperation Demonstration Zone should first carry out bilateral cross-border cooperative development uith North Korea and Russia to promote the economic development of Hunchun City by relying on the external force of cross-border cooperative development.Moreover,we will further speed up the construction of foreisn shipping corridors to provide safeguards for international trade and international logistics in Hunchun.Specific measures should be taken to promote the construction of the "four zones".We should do a good job in upgrading the foreign cooperation of the Hunchun International Cooperation Demonstration Zone:speed up the development of cross-border e-comnerce:and actively introduce professional and technical personnel.
