Located in the southwestern part of China,Yunnan Province is adjacent to Myanmar,Laos and Vietnam and is the bridgehead between China and Southeast Asia and South Asia.With the progress of reform and opening up,the development of border areas has received great attention from the state.After 1991,various ports in Yunnan Province have been opened one after another,bringing new opportunities for the development of border trade in Yunnan Province.After that,China's western development policy and the project of enriching the border and enriching the people have also contributed greatly to the development of the Yunnan border area.In the national guidelines for the “development and opening up along the border” policy,the State Council issued the “Opinions on Supporting Yunnan Province to Accelerate the Construction of an Important Bridgehead Facing the Southwest,” “Development and Open Planning along the Border Area(2014-2020)”,and “Promoting A series of border port development policies,such as the joint construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Vision and Action of the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road,have brought new challenges to the development and opening up of Yunnan's economy and also the construction of border ports in Yunnan Province.A new impetus has come.Under this development opportunity,studying the coordinated development between the border port and the carrier city economy will not only contribute to the development of the port city,but also to the regional growth pole that will drive the local economy.This is for the economy of Yunnan Province in this era.Development has great practical significance.Based on the theory of growth pole theory,transnational triangle theory,international trade theory and port industry aggregation theory,this paper uses grey relational analysis method to establish a grey relational degree model,analyzes the degree of coordination between border ports and carrier cities,and the factors between the two systems.The degree of association.Firstly,this paper focuses on the development of border ports in Yunnan Province,and uses time series to analyze the development of various ports in Yunnan Province and the situation of border ports.The border ports in Yunnan Province are distributed in China,Myanmar,China,Vietnam and China.The border line is in the Yunnan section.Therefore,when analyzing border ports and carrier cities,a comparative analysis of border ports connecting different countries was also carriedout.Secondly,this paper uses the RCI index to analyze the relationship between various border ports and cities in Yunnan Province.Based on the relationship between port functions and urban functions,the definition of the relationship between ports and carrier cities is defined.Finally,select the indicators that can represent the development of the port system: the three indicators of port import and export volume,port cargo volume,port traffic volume and the most representative indicator of the development of the urban economic system: GDP,GDP per capita,production of the first two or three industries Total indicators,fixed investment and total retail sales of consumer goods in the whole society.The gray correlation model was established.The Ruili Port and Ruili City were taken as examples to analyze the problems in the process of coordinated development of Ruili Port and Ruili City,and relevant suggestions were given according to the existing problems.During the study of Ruili Port,it was found that the coordination between Ruili Port and Ruili City's economic system needs to be improved,and the development between port and urban economy is on the verge of dysfunction.Judging from the degree of correlation between various factors in the system,the economic indicators of the total social consumption and total retail sales of Ruili Port and Ruili City are highly correlated,which means that the development of the port has effectively promoted the consumption upgrade of Ruili City;The lowest correlation between investment and secondary industry output value proves that the development of the port has not promoted the good development of local infrastructure.It can also be said that the current infrastructure construction of Ruili City has restricted the development of Ruili Port to a certain extent.Therefore,according to the problems raised in the analysis process,this paper gives corresponding suggestions from four aspects: improving port infrastructure,adjusting urban industrial structure,increasing policy support,and strengthening regional cooperation.
