The Research On Coordinated Measurement Of Transportation And Economic Development In Xi'an Area

The Belt and Road accelerates the formation and adjustment of new industrial zone,chain and value chain in real economy level.Xi'an is located in the important of Silk Road Economic Belt and the only large city in northwest China.The economic development in Xi'an has shown large quantity,high quality andfast transformation.The industrial structure is facing a new round of optimization and upgrading.Transportation,as the basic industry in the national economic structure,is the accelerator to promote the development of regional economy.In the process of development,Xi'an can only deal with the problem of coordination and matching of transportation and economy,and can promote the process of optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure.It means that the coordination state of transportation and economy in Xi'an in the development process should be clarified.According to this background,this paper selects the “Coordinated Measurement of Transportation and Economic Development in Xi'an Area” as the research theme.Based on the research results of relevant scholars and the connotation of industrial structure optimization,this paper defines the measurement perspective of coordinated development of transportation and economy in Xi'an as coordination on scale,coordination on speed,and structural coordination between transportation and economy in the course of development.Then the evaluation index system was established separately.The period of 2005-2017 was selected as the study period.The comprehensive evaluation method of multi-index was used to analyze the development level and change trend of the transportation and economic subsystems under various angles of view.On this basis,the establishment of an associative coordination development model measures the coordination of transportation and economy in terms of development scale and development speed;at the same time,it uses a multi-dimensional grey dynamic GM(1,N)model for "transportation-economy".The coordination of the internal structure of the system was evaluated.Finally,it summarizes the results of the evaluation and proposes measures and suggestions for improving the coordination of transportation and economic development in Xi'an from the perspective of the development of the transportation industry.The results show that:(1)Coordination between three modes of transportation and economy is in continuous optimization in the scale.The have evolved from mild maladjustment to good quality year by year,and those of air transportation and economy have evolved from mild maladjustment to good coordination year by year.(2)Coordination between three modes of transportation and economy is fluctuation in the speed.In the calculation period,intermediate coordination is the best and verge maladjustment is the worst,which means the overall coordination of speed in not ideal.By the end of 2017,the highway was on the verge of misalignment and railways were in a state of primary coordination and air was in a state of reluctance.(3)In terms of structure,the highway transportation and economy in Xi'an are coordinated,and economy and transportation have an obvious positive impetus to each other in the process of development,and the driving effect of economic is greater;railway transportation is incongruous with the economy,in which transportation development has an obvious positive effect on economic development,but the positive effect of economic development on railway transportation is not obvious;air is incongruous and air transport has a positive effect on economic development,but the positive effect of economic development on air transport is not obvious.(4)In general,the coordination effect between transportation and economy in Xi'an is not ideal.The coordination effect of highwaytransportation and economy is better than the coordination effect of railway transportation,air transportation and economy.
