The proposal of the national “Belt and Road Initiative” and the deepening of the development and opening up along the border have increasingly become a hot spot for national development.Developing border tourism is an important form for bilateral or multilateral countries to achieve deep-level cooperation and an important way to promote the development of border areas.Border ports are two-way flow of technology,information and logistics between countries,and the growth of border(cross-border)tourism economy.The key node.As the opening frontier of China to South Asia and Southeast Asia,Yunnan Province has unique advantages in developing border tourism.The article relies on the National Natural Science Foundation of China,selects the port of Hekou as the research object,applies literature analysis method,analytic hierarchy process,correlation analysis method and other research methods,combs and summarizes related literatures at home and abroad,and expounds border tourism,ports,Frontier ports and other related concepts related to this study,selected border effect theory,synergy theory and system coupling theory as the theoretical support of this study;analyzed the interaction mechanism between border port construction and tourism development,clarified the development of border ports and border tourism development At the same time,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze the influencing factors of port construction and tourism interaction development,and the weight coefficient of each impact factor is clarified.On this basis,combined with the actual development of the estuary,the coupling coordination model is used for 2004-2017.The development status of the estuary port construction and tourism development level,coordination degree,coupling degree and coupling coordination level were analyzed.To promote the healthy,coordinated and sustainable development relationship between the construction of estuary port and tourism development,the construction of estuary port was put forward.Interacting with tourism The main objective of the strategy and development,and made them realize the path to promote positive interaction.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn: 1)Among the influencing factors of port construction to promote tourism development,the amount of import trade(experts score 4.06),export trade volume(experts score 4.00),border people's mutual market channel(expert score 4.00),number of self-checking channels(Expert score 4.06)and other factors have a greater impact;total tourism revenue(experts score 3.75),side(cross)travel routes(expert score 3.79),total number of tourists(expert score 3.82),tourism distribution center construction(experts The scores of 3.71),the number of day trips to the border crossings(expert score 4.04),the number of border travel agencies(expert scores 3.73)and other factors have a significant impact on port construction;2)the comprehensive development level and coupling of the two systems of port construction and tourism development The level of coordination has increased year by year.The comprehensive development index of port construction increased from 0.0144 in 2004 to 0.9990 in 2017.The comprehensive development evaluation value of tourism development increased from 0.0001 in 2004 to 0.5830 in 2017.The coordinated development index of port construction and tourism development also rose from 0.0072 in 2004.It was 0.5415 in 2017.The coupling and development level of port construction and tourism development is divided into three stages: extreme imbalance and severe imbalance(2004-2008),volatility growth phase(2009-2015)and transition from misalignment to coordination(2016-2017);The port construction has experienced four stages: the initial stage(1992-1995),the development stage(1996-2002),the ups and downs stage(2003-2009),and the large development stage(2010-present).The development of estuary tourism has experienced bilateral trade.Tourism development period(1992-1993),China-Vietnam cooperation promoted bilateral tourism development period(2000-2003),policy adjustment,tourism fluctuation development period(2004-2014)and international cooperation environment optimization,tourism development momentum(2015-present)four 4)proposed: speed up the construction of the estuary,create a green development of the edge of the ecological experience tourism;strengthen tourism development,build a demonstration zone for tourism in the development and opening up along the border of Yunnan;strengthen port and tourism interaction,create prosperity and development “ Boundary Wholeland Tourism Demonstration Zone”;strengthen good-neighborly friendship with Vietnam and build a stable edge of shared development The main objectives such as the Bianxingbian Demonstration Zone;5)for the main development goals proposed,the strategies of high-quality tourism branding,characteristic towns,trade and tourism integration,cultural and travel integration,government-led strategy and Sino-Vietnamese regional cooperation development are proposed;It is recommended to strengthen port hardware and software environment construction,integrate port tourism resources,strengthen tourism node functions,promote port-related policy implementation,focus on the integration of traditional culture and tourism products,accelerate the construction of characteristic towns,enrich tourism marketing methods,and strengthen port brand building.As a development path to promote port construction and tourism positive interaction.
