The Analysis Of The Impact Of Rural Financial Development On Poverty Alleviation In Yunnan Province

2017 and 2018 are the key years to achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Winning the battle against poverty,implementing precise poverty alleviation and achieving precise poverty alleviation have become the primary work of governments at all levels in Yunnan Province.At the 19 th Congress of the CPC,the strategy of rural revitalization was put forward.Rural finance should better serve the "three rural areas",improve the level of financial services to "three rural areas" and remote areas,and enhance the availability,coverage and satisfaction of financial services.Financial poverty alleviation is an effective help for our province to win the strong war of overcoming poverty.To a certain extent,financial poverty alleviation alleviates the shortage of development funds in poverty-stricken areas and promotes the economic development of poverty-stricken areas.However,the structure of rural financial services has been unbalanced,and the rural financial needs in poor areas are difficult to meet,which leads to narrow access to development funds in poor areas,insufficient effectiveness of capital investment,unbalanced supply-demand ratio of financial services.Besides,there is a large rural population base in poor areas,which makes it impossible for farmers to obtain effective financial support for their production and operation.So it can't fundamentally change the current situation of rural poverty.In recent years,Yunnan Province has vigorously developed inclusive finance,effectively promoted the economic development of poverty-stricken areas through rural cooperative finance model,alleviated the shortage of funds to a certain extent,and played a positive role in poverty alleviation.Therefore,based on the era background of winning the battle against poverty in an all-round way,starting from the actual situation of rural financial development in Yunnan Province and from the perspective of financial poverty alleviation effect,this paper analyses the poverty alleviation performance and mode of rural financial development,analyses the reasons that restrict its development,explores the impact of rural financial development on poverty alleviation effect,and finds that rural financial development in Yunnan Province has a positive impact on poverty alleviation effect.The impact of poverty alleviation effect is positive,but it is not high and there is a weak phenomenon in the later period.In view of the above situation and conclusions,this paper finally puts forward some thoughts and suggestions to promote the performance of financial poverty alleviation.
