Research On Multi-Dimensional Effects Of Rural Financial Development On Poverty Alleviation In Southwest Border Area

Since the 21 st century,under the background of rural poverty type transformation,China's anti-poverty strategy has also been greatly changed.In order to alleviate the problem of temporary poverty,we can take the way of financial poverty alleviation.In the process of China's financial rural development,there are some problems such as unreasonable regional distribution of financial resources,imperfect coverage of financial institutions,and lack of effective competition among different financial institutions.The importance of financial poverty alleviation in southwest border areas lies in that when formulating relevant financial policies,we should organically link them with the overall development of the country and give full play to the positive role of finance in poverty alleviation and development.This paper aims to analyze the multi-dimensional poverty alleviation effect of rural financial development in southwest border areas and its implementation plan,and to provide ideas and Suggestions for the prevention and control of rural poverty.In terms of research methods,this paper comprehensively applies theoretical research and empirical analysis to deeply analyze the multi-dimensional poverty alleviation effect of rural financial development in southwest border areas.To ensure the steady increase of rural residents' income in southwest border areas;Promoting education and technical training for local residents,starting with the ability to alleviate poverty;Starting from poverty alleviation,we will promote the development of innovative industries,innovation and entrepreneurship,new types of agriculture and rural cooperatives.From multi-dimensional perspective,combined with the positive role of financial development,the paper puts forward policy Suggestions to promote multi-dimensional poverty alleviation in southwest border rural areas.Followed by empirical research part,mainly for the data,index,isintroduced,and the empirical results of the model analysis,selection of guangxi and yunnan provinces as a case,the rural financial development to carry out specific research,on the basis of the southwest border area summarized affect the rural financial development of the main factors of multidimensional poverty impact and related factors,and also elaborates the reason of impact these relationships.Research shows that the improvement of rural financial development level has a significant poverty reduction effect.To better solve the current situation of rural poverty in China,relevant departments should vigorously develop rural finance.By establishing and improving the organization system of rural financial institutions,improving the financing channels of rural financial market,increasing the pace and intensity of rural financial system reform,and optimizing the financial poverty alleviation model,we can promote the multi-dimensional poverty alleviation of rural financial development in southwest border areas from the three dimensions of income,capacity and industry.The innovation of this paper lies in the research of poverty alleviation from one dimension to multiple dimensions.By referring to the theoretical knowledge,data and conclusions of relevant literature,this paper gives Suggestions on how to promote the effective development of rural finance in southwest border areas based on the in-depth analysis of the current situation and characteristics of rural areas in southwest border areas.
