Research On Poverty Alleviation In Rural Areas

The eradication of poverty is the biggest problem faced by developing countries in economic development.It is the focus of our government's work and the research direction of scholars,andalso the essential requirement of socialism.Since the reform and opening up,the poverty alleviation and development model has been continuously innovating and many important achievements have been made.With the continuous improvement of the financial environment in rural areas,financial poverty alleviation will become an important way of poverty alleviation and development.In 2020,China will achieve poverty reduction goals,accelerate the pace of building a well-to-do society,and help the poor get out of poverty even more arduous tasks.The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has a large number of poor people and is a key area of national poverty alleviation and development.Due to the low level of market economy development and the slow growth of farmers' income,the difficulty in financing is the main problem faced by the development of rural production,and it is also the main issue that hinders the increase of farmers' income.After 30 years of reform of the rural financial system,the rural financial system of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has achieved certain results under the promotion of policies and formed a more comprehensive financial system.This paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework for fiscal poverty alleviation.From the current research on the support of poverty alleviation funds at home and abroad,it is very difficult to establish a theoretical analysis framework for financial poverty alleviation and include financial development,poverty alleviation loans,and poor farmers in the scope of analysis.Local governments and financial institutions used fiscal policy to conduct relevant theoretical analysis of poverty alleviation in rural areas and laid a theoretical foundation for the study.Then the definition of poverty,the connotation of poverty alleviation in rural finance,the main body of rural poverty alleviation and the mode of operation,make us have a preliminary understanding of the poverty alleviation.Based on the current status of poverty in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,this article describes in detail the overall poverty,financial needs,financial products,and credit policies of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Combined with China's national conditions,it puts forward a new financial poverty alleviation and development mechanism.At the same time,other countries and local governments have been introduced to study and study in this area.Finally,in the new phase of poverty alleviation,in response to the actual situation of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,it provided policy measures to resolve the contradictions and problems that the provincial government of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region had achieved with precision poverty alleviation,and further established and improved relevant systems and mechanisms.This article is divided into four major parts.It describes in detail the status of financial poverty alleviation including the main body,policies,methods,supervision and evaluation of rural financial poverty alleviation,and analyzes the problems arising from the development process of rural financial poverty alleviation and proposes Sexual response.
