| With the continuous development of the era of knowledge economy,the trend of economic globalization has become an irresistible trend of the times.International competition is more intense,innovation plays an increasingly important role in economic development.Countries need to innovate.Only by innovating constantly,can they develop continuously and become stronger,and can they gain advantages in the fierce competitive environment.With the continuous development of China’s economy,the continuous improvement of living standards of residents,the rapid development of tourism,the hotel industry also ushered in an opportunity for development,the number of hotels is increasing rapidly,and the competition in the hotel industry has entered a white-hot stage.How to improve the comprehensive performance of the hotel industry and enhance the competitiveness of the hotel industry has become an important issue for hotel managers to consider.As the main body of hotel industry innovation,employee innovation will inevitably become an important factor to be considered in the development of hotel industry.This paper studies the relationship between Hotel employees’ innovative behavior and their job performance.This paper combs the previous relevant literature,elaborates the concept of employee innovation behavior and work performance,explains its measurement scale,and designs a measurement scale with a good new capital on this basis.It divides employee innovation behavior into two dimensions: producing innovation concept and implementing innovation concept,and divides work performance into relationship performance,task performance,innovation performance and learning.There are four dimensions of learning performance.Through SPSS19.0,408 valid questionnaires of hotel employees were analyzed.The reliability and validity of employees’ innovative behavior and work performance were analyzed,and the correlation between employees’ innovative behavior and work performance was analyzed.On this basis,the regression analysis of the impact of employees’ innovative behavior on their work performance was carried out.Finally,it comes to the conclusion that innovative behavior of hotel employees is positively related to their work performance.Finally,according to the conclusions drawn,some suggestions on hotel management are put forward to create an innovative environment for employees and encourage them to innovate in order to improve their work performance,and finally to improve the comprehensive performance of hotels,so as to enhance the competitiveness of hotels. |
