Research On Supplier Selection Of A Company From The Perspective Of Green Supply Chain

The supply chain is the guarantee of resource supply vessels,for the survival and development of enterprises play an important role,but the traditional supply chain has certain defects,especially in the implementation of each node in the allocation of resources,the traditional supply chain resources to maximize the benefits only consider delivery,and ignore the optimization of the allocation of resources.This will give the environment caused great destruction,bring various adverse effects for the society.Green supply chain will advocate green environmental protection consciousness into the supply chain management,through the supply chain to reduce the negative impact on the environment,optimize the allocation of resources,reduce unnecessary consumption of resources,in order to achieve the sustainable development strategy of enterprises.The research object of this paper is A company,which regards the concept of sustainable development as the long-term goal of enterprise management,and also has a positive impact on the society as well as providing customers with quality products at the same time.A company will adhere to the road of sustainable development in all aspects of the procurement of raw materials,product design and manufacturing,production,consumption and logistics supply chain,is committed to green management,with suppliers,customers and other partners to jointly build green supply chain.This paper discusses the green supply chain from the perspective of enterprise supplier selection problem,the concept of green supply chain is discussed,taking A company as an example,introduces the current situation of enterprises in supplier selection,analyzed the existing problems,including the lack of green supplier information system evaluation,ignoring the green packaging and green transportation problem and the lack of green risk management and green supplier evaluation standard is not unified problem.And the A company of green supplier selection criteria and evaluation system for the re enactment,the A company evaluation index of supplier selection is divided into production,quality,cost,service,finance,innovation and energy environmental protection seven indicators;seven indicators is divided into 29 small index,and according to the company the relevant experience of the experts,to determine the weight of each index in the evaluation,and then establish the fuzzy evaluation model.Using the AHP method,evaluates the supplier A company of green supply chain,through the establishment of hierarchical structure model,constructing 22 judgment matrix and determine the single weight and consistency check and determine the combination weights and sort of supplier selection.Thus,the best green supplier of A company is determined.Finally,the paper puts forward the strategy of green supplier management,hoping to guide the implementation of green supplier management in our country.
