Research On The Organic Link Between Small Farmers And Modern Agricultural Development Based On New Agricultural Service Subject

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China on the implementation of the strategy of rural rejuvenation put forward that we should "improve the service system of agricultural socialization and realize the organic link between small farmers and modern agricultural development".According to the statistics of the Ministry of Agriculture,by the end of 2016,there are still 260 million small farmers in China,accounting for about 97% of the total number of farmers.And since 2015,the "inflection point" of land circulation growth has appeared in China.Simply relying on land transfer to achieve large-scale production is not feasible in China in a short time.Therefore,we must face up to the fact that for a long time to come,there will still be a large number of small peasant households,and small peasant household management is still the main organizational form of agricultural management in China.The realization of agricultural modernization in China must depend on the modernization of small farmers.However,in China,small farmers are facing a series of difficulties and challenges.It is difficult to realize the modernization of small farmers by relying solely on small farmers themselves.How to enhance the competitiveness of small farmers,bring them into the development system of modern agriculture,and realize the effective connection between small farmers and modern agriculture is a realistic problem for us.To solve the problems,we need agricultural socialization services.Therefore,taking new agricultural services as the carrier and realizing service-oriented large-scale operation through new agricultural service subjects is an important way to realize the organic connection between small farmers and modern agricultural development.On the basis of combing the relevant theories,policies and research results at home and abroad,this paper analyses the significance of the organic connection between small farmers and modern agricultural development,and on this basis,conducts on-the-spot investigation on the willingness of the main body of new agricultural services to participate in the organic connection between small farmers and modern agricultural development in Jianli County,and conducts research through statistical analysis and logistic empirical analysis.Then according to the analysis results and the actual situation of Jianli County,the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.The first part is the introduction.Based on the analysis of the background and significance of the research and the research status at home and abroad,the main research contents,methods,innovations and shortcomings of this paper are introduced.The second part is the concept definition and theoretical analysis.This part explains what are small farmers,modern agriculture and agricultural service subjects,and elaborates the relevant theory of this study.The third part is about the significance of the organic connection between the development of small farmers and modern agriculture.This paper analyses the necessity,rationality and long-term nature of the existence of small farmers,the significance and dilemma of the organic connection between small farmers' management and modern agricultural development,and the role of new agricultural service subjects in promoting the organic connection between small farmers and modern agricultural development.The fourth part is the analysis of the willingness of the new agricultural service subjects in Jianli County to participate in promoting the convergence of small farmers and modern agricultural development.It also analyses the basic situation of the new agricultural service subjects in Jianli County,the willingness of the new agricultural service subjects to participate in promoting the convergence of small farmers and modern agricultural development,as well as the favorable conditions and constraints.The fifth part is the empirical analysis of the factors influencing the willingness of the new agricultural service subjects in Jianli County to participate in promoting the convergence of small farmers and modern agricultural development.Firstly,this paper puts forward the basis for selecting indicators,and then takes the willingness of participation of new agricultural service subjects as the explanatory variable,and 11 variables such as asset size and operating life as explanatory variable to construct logistic model.Empirical analysis shows that asset size and competitive pressure have a positive impact,and whether there is sufficient funds,service prices of small farmers,government subsidies,tax relief,laws and regulations have a negative impact.Sounds.The sixth part is conclusions and suggestions.According to the conclusions drawn from the analysis,some suggestions are put forward.
