| A strong country must first strengthen agriculture,and only when agriculture is strong can the country be strong.To build an agricultural power,the basic requirement is to realize agricultural modernization.The socialized service ability of the new agricultural management body has gradually become one of the important factors for the upgrading of agricultural industry and the development of rural economy.The research on the evaluation of the socialized service ability of the new agricultural operators can provide decision-making and management support for the government,enterprises and social organizations,help the new agricultural operators to understand their own service level and service ability,find the existing problems and bottlenecks in the service,and take timely improvement measures to improve the service quality and efficiency.In addition,it can also promote the standardization and healthy development of the service market,encourage social capital and social organizations to invest in the field of agricultural services,promote the deep integration of service industry and agriculture,and promote the all-round development of rural society and economy.Based on the theory of scale management,resource dependence theory and organizational incentive theory,this thesis uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct an index system with 13 detailed indicators from the three dimensions of prenatal service ability,in-production service ability and postnatal service ability,and evaluates the socialized service ability of new agricultural management subjects.In the analytic hierarchy process,the expert group was invited to fill in the Questionnaire on the Importance of Evaluation Indicators of the socialized Service ability of New agricultural business Entities,and the yaahp software was used to test the consistency of each expert’s judgment matrix and calculate the weight of the indicators.In the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the new agricultural operators in J province were invited to fill in the Questionnaire for the Evaluation of the socialized Service ability of the new agricultural operators,and the data information of 325 new agricultural operators were obtained.The evaluation results of each index were fuzzy processed,and the score of the comprehensive evaluation of the socialized service ability of the new agricultural operators was obtained through fuzzy comprehensive calculation.It is found that the weight of service ability is the largest,which is 0.4126.The weight of prenatal service ability was the second,0.3275;The weight of postpartum service ability is the least,0.2599.In terms of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the comprehensive score of socialized service ability of new agricultural business entities was 65.08.Among the three dimensions of prenatal service ability,in-production service ability and post-production service ability,the evaluation of in-production service ability was the best,followed by prenatal service ability and post-production service ability,and the overall evaluation was generally higher.It shows that the socialized service ability of the new agricultural operating subjects in J province is good,but it still needs to be improved.The main problems existing in the socialized service ability of new agricultural management subjects include: the construction of information service is not enough,the ability of sales service is slightly insufficient,the service level of agricultural science and technology is low,the degree of cooperation between service subjects is low,the lack of interest connection between service organizations and service objects.To this end,the thesis puts forward the following suggestions to improve the socialized service ability of new agricultural operators: strengthen the policy support and create a good external environment;Perfect rural financial services,perfect financial support system;Expand sales channels and improve sales and service capabilities;Strengthen the construction of information network,improve the effectiveness of information service;Promote the construction of talent team,improve the overall skill level;Expand the service field and function,explore the industrialization of the consortium model. |
