With the improvement of people's living standards,people pay more and more attention to clothing,food,housing and transportation,which has a bright future for the clothing industry.However,at the same time,the lack of knowledge and technology,backward management,the growth of production costs and other factors restrict the development of enterprises.The influence of foreign fast fashion brands on the domestic market is also increasing.How to improve the business model and enhance the value of enterprises has become a problem faced by enterprises.Chinese apparel companies have long known the global virtual business model of world sports brands Nike and Adidas,but it was not until 1996 that Senma started its own virtual business and succeeded several years later.This is a milestone for Chinese apparel enterprises to explore new business models.This unique brand power makes the future of garment enterprises clearer through virtual management.Firstly,this paper combs the relevant literature and theory of light assets management model,and constructs the content and basic framework of this study.Then,the concept of light assets operation and the characters of light assets mode are understood to provide a theoretical basis for the use of enterprises and the following analysis.The third and fourth parts introduce case companies,through the analysis of the important data,financial indicators and non-financial aspects in the financial statements of Zhejiang Senma Garment Company from 2013 to 2017,Zhejiang Province is analyzed from the aspects of asset operation,marketing,product receiving and receiving,system management,etc.The ability of light assets operation mode of Johnson-Mart Company to deal with enterprise profits and core competitiveness.In the fifth part,the author draws the conclusion of the case and brings some experience for other industries' transformation.Comparing with the companies in the industry which use non-light assets,it proves the superiority of the light assets operation mode of Zhejiang Senma Company.Conversely,the light assets operation mode of Zhejiang Senma Company can bring value to shareholders.Through the study of the above problems,we hope to enrich the research of light assets operation in the garment industry.At the same time,we hope that through the case of Zhejiang Senma Company,we can inspire other garment industries or enterprises to improve their business models and promote the healthy development of the garment industry.
