Liquor industry plays an important role in the development of domestic economy,with the intrusion of western liquor products and the boom of beer-industry,which makes the sales cut down,the performance declined,these make a deep impact on financial index.This puts forward a higher requirement to technology of manufacture,research and development capability and innovation ability.At the same time,investors and regulators make a stricter requirement to the financial data of listed company.Facing these challenges,how to transform and upgrade,how to optimize technology,how to upgrade efficiency and effect,which is a big puzzle to liquor industry company.Domestic scholar also make some study on the development of liquor industry,but it doesn't lets liquor industry companies have a sufficiently acknowledge of self-development,liquor industry companies also don't have a clearly locate on the pain spot of themselves.This thesis use EVA?BSC?FCF and DEA these four performance evaluation methods,gathering the financial data and non-financial data to the ten listed companies,calculate indicator results and analysis these results,puts forward some proposals so as to help liquor-making enterprises improve financial indicators and improve production and operation efficiency.The research finding that,There are many problems in liquor-making enterprises.Based on the results of data analysis,combining the current situation of liquor industry virtue,this thesis propose some solutions to help liquor-making enterprises improving competitiveness and achieve better enterprise goals.The ten listed companies have high brand effect,which can represent the liquor production enterprises to some extent.So,the results of this study can be generalized.
