The tobacco industry plays an important and special role in every country,making an important contribution to the national tax revenue.The sales of cigarettes are directly related to the tax revenue.At the same time,the customers of tobacco industry are also important targets of cooperation among banks.Although the traditional ordering and settlement of tobacco has gone through a long process of use and has been accepted by cigarette dealers,along with the popularization of mobile interconnection and the continuous improvement of financial services,the mode of traditional ordering and settlement of tobacco which separate the business and finance can no longer meet the development requirements of the times,and the online integrated payment has become a new payment mode,the integration of business and finance will be the development trend of tobacco ordering and settlement.As a financial company providing settlement services,the bank,guided by the "Internet +" strategy,and with its own settlement advantage,carries out business innovation and product optimization,so as to provide more convenient,fast,efficient and high-quality settlement services for tobacco industry customers.As a newcomer of tobacco settlement bank in SD province,JN Branch of ZX Bank needs to build up a new tobacco settlement business product that keeps pace with the times and has vitality on the basis of the traditional settlement bank service mode and combines its internal and external advantages.Through formulating reasonable and effective marketing strategies,it establishes a new system of cooperation between banks and tobacco companies,so as to lay a good foundation for expanding tobacco settlement business in a certain period of time of the future.Based on the perspective of ZX bank JN branch,this paper takes the tobacco industry as the research object.Under the tide of "Internet + Tobacco",combining with the settlement products of the JN branch of ZX bank and the existing settlement mode of tobacco industry customers,the macro and micro marketing environment of ZX bank JN branch is analyzed,and the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of ZX bank JN branch are analyzed.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the threat,and then gives the target market and market positioning of the tobacco settlement business in accordance with the characteristics of JN branch of ZX Bank and the distribution and classification of cigarette dealers.Through sorting out the traditional tobacco settlement business process,the paper summarizes the problems existing in the traditional tobacco settlement mode of cigarette retailers,cigarette of single corporate enterprise and group/chain store merchants,and makes targeted analysis and formulates 4P marketing combination strategy for the tobacco settlement business of JN Branch of ZX Bank.The strategy mainly covers the product strategy of the new mode of tobacco settlement business embedded in the JN branch of ZX Bank,which includes cigarette retailers,cigarette of single corporate enterprise and group/chain store merchants after ordering tobacco settlement products,the price strategy of realizing all-win situation among cigarette dealers,tobacco companies and banks based on the internal price calculation of ZX Bank,promotion strategy and the channel strategy of JN branch of ZX Bank for tobacco settlement business.Finally,through improving the management and organization system,standardizing internal and external risk systems,optimizing assessment system and strategic resources investment,it provides solid safeguards for the smooth development of tobacco settlement business marketing strategy of JN Branch of ZX Bank.This paper puts forward the marketing strategy of innovative and differentiated tobacco industry customers settlement business of ZX bank JN branch,so as to ensure the formation of the tobacco industry customers settlement business with the characteristics of ZX bank JN branch under the tide of "Internet+",and create a market competitive tobacco settlement platform.At the same time,with customers experience as the starting point,the banks,tobacco companies and cigarette dealers are organically combined through settlement products to achieve a all-win situation among the three parties,so that ZX Bank can stand out in the competition of tobacco settlement business and enhance the core competitiveness of banks.
