safety of agricultural products caused by illegal and excessive use of chemical additives.Agricultural products from production to processing,packaging,transportation to the market,and ultimately into the hands of consumers,experience a lot of links,in the agricultural product supply chain,any link may lead to the quality and safety of agricultural products.Among them,the core production enterprise of agricultural products,as the production source of agricultural products,is the first level of quality management and control of agricultural products,and plays a leading role in alleviating the quality and safety of agricultural products currently existing in China.Therefore,based on transaction cost theory,supply chain synergy theory,agricultural product quality safety theory,etc.,this paper studies the factors affecting the willingness of agricultural production enterprises to control quality and safety.It is of theoretical and practical significance to further enrich the relevant research and implementation of agricultural product quality and safety control and to formulate specific and targeted policies for regulating the quality and safety control behavior of agricultural production enterprises.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:Based on transaction cost theory,supply chain synergy theory and agricultural product quality safety theory,this paper uses literature to find and sort out various factors affecting the willingness and behavior of enterprise quality and safety control,according to the research of past authoritative scholars.These factors are integrated and classified.From the perspective of agricultural product supply chain,the influencing factors are classified into internal factors of supply chain,external factors of supply chain and supply chain synergy factors,and the impact model of enterprise quality and safety management and control in agricultural product supply chain is established.After establishing the theoretical model on the basis of theory,the first is to study the influence of the core competence of the core enterprises in the supply chain and the sense of social responsibility on the willingness to control the quality and safety of the enterprise,and the second is to study the competitive pressure of the external factors of the supply chain,and the consumer The demand for supply chain,market competition and government supervision have no significant impact on the willingness to control quality and safety.The positive impact of consumer demand and Internet media supervision on the willingness to control quality and safety is significant.Two of the assumptions have been verified.Finally,the degree of information sharing between enterprises and upstream and downstream partners in the agricultural product supply chain has no significant positive effect on the ability of enterprises to control and control the quality and safety.However,the degree of information sharing has a willingness to control corporate social responsibility and quality and safety.The positive adjustment between the two is significant,and one of them is supported.Finally,based on the above research conclusions,the enlightenment of this paper is drawn from the five aspects of corporate social responsibility,information sharing,consumer level,government level and media supervision level,so as to better promote the core of agricultural products.The company's willingness to control quality and safety has increased.
