Counter-trade is between adjacent countries border region is a kind of special trade form,not only can promote the economic development of border area,but also can have the effect of social stability in the border area,to improve the life of the local people and promote national unity and social stability the frontier region also has a special role.In terms of the current,if two adjacent countries,and the border open to the public,on the border between the two countries bordering areas,will be there by the geographical limit of small-scale border trade relations,and frontier trade is also was born and take this development.The xinjiang uygur autonomous region is located in the northwest region of our country,holds one 6 of the country’s land area,is a nation of many areas,and the surrounding central Asian countries have a common language,life habit similar things in common,such as this makes both sides on the politics,economy,life have a close communication.In recent years,with national western development steps forward,the xinjiang frontier trade has been rapid development,while the development of border trade in xinjiang played a good role in promoting the economy as a whole.Huoerguos is an important level of the xinjiang frontier trade,with the aid of the momentum of development of border trade in xinjiang also developed rapidly,but it also has exposed many problems,for now,these problems not only affected the huoerguos counter-trade of port trade,also affects the all-round development of border trade in xinjiang region.Therefore,how to play a good huoerguos counter-trade trade comparative advantage,solve problems in port counter-trade trade,in order to achieve the purpose of that good health the xinjiang frontier trade development,is the letter to be solved.In this paper,through consulting the literature of border trade and counter-trade trade information and data sorting,huoerguos port counter-trade trade for the comprehensive analysis.The innovation of this article lies in combining with the characteristics of xinjiang local features and border crossings,data to the border trade,frontier trade data,autonomous regions and relevant national policies as a guide,the development of all kinds of huoerguos counter-trade factor analysis and comparative study,with the international trade theory as the guiding ideology,the actual development situation of contact huoerguos counter-trade,build the xinjiang frontier trade development strategy.
