The Problem And Countermeasure Of Xinjiang Agriculture To Attract Foreign Investment

As one of the major provinces of agricultural production in China,Xinjiang has a large area of agricultural planting and many kinds of crops,and has distinct regional characteristics.Vast land area and rich sunshine resources provide a unique growth environment for the growth of crops in Xinjiang,and make the quality of Xinjiang's agricultural products better and the fruits sweeter.The continuous development of agricultural economy has played a leading role in the development of the second,third industry.Because of the weak agricultural technology and backward production tools in Xinjiang,the strategy of utilizing foreign capital is often adopted to promote the development of agriculture in Xinjiang.The use of foreign capital as one of the important channels for agricultural development in Xinjiang has provided a steady flow of financial support and promoted the agricultural trade between Xinjiang and other countries at home and abroad.In recent years,Xinjiang has made use of the policy of utilizing foreign capital in agriculture,and foreign investment in agriculture has gradually increased.It has promoted the production of agriculture and promoted the development of agricultural trade.With the expansion of the scale of foreign capital utilization,the increase of foreign investment enterprises has played a catalytic role in the development of agriculture in Xinjiang,and the benefits have been gradually obvious.Especially in improving the export structure of agricultural products,making full use of the advantages of agricultural resources in Xinjiang,and improving the competitiveness of export agricultural products.In this paper,based on previous research results,the first analysis of the use of foreign capital influence on agriculture in Xinjiang from the use of foreign investment in Xinjiang agricultural history,scale,structure,channel,achievement level,summary in promoting the main problems existing in the process of agricultural development;secondly,using multiple linear regression analysis method to explore the factors influencing the use of foreign investment in Xinjiang agricultural status finally,according to the existing use of foreign investment in Xinjiang;agricultural problems,combined with the Xinjiang agriculture facts and empirical analysis,from improving the investment environment,exert comparative advantage,put forward a reasonable guide to industry and the establishment of agricultural investment insurance system and other aspects of targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
