| With the development of the communication construction projects,the importance of the management of the project is increasing gradually in all the participants of the construction.As the key link in the communication construction projects,the communication design unit need to give full consideration to the effective summary of the project management in hand in the procedure of the project management.As the core resource,individual is the crucial factor in the project management and is also the survival and sustained headstone of the project.How to design scientific and reasonable project scheme of the human resource management and how to arouse the enthusiasm of all members of the project,are great significance for the project design undertaker to realize their aims.This thesis references the domestic and international theories and methods which are related to the thesis.Taking the rural broadband design project in A province as the object of the study,by participating the project in person,the thesis studies the current situation of the human resource of the project.The study will figure out some problems which are related to project organization structure,personnel allocation,the selection of the project manager as well as the training,remuneration,check and evaluation,and the promotion of the members of the project by analyzing the current situation of the human resource management of the project.This study will improve the operating efficiency by building matrix organization,setting PMO,flattening the original straight-line level of organization and intensifying the linkage of the whole department.On this basis,to let the scheme satisfy the rural broadband with the feature of great scale,complex profession,various condition,this study will explore the prioritization scheme from these aspects including perfecting personnel allocation,responsibility system of project manager,construction of the project team,personnel training management,improvement of the comprehensive evaluation system,competition and selection,perfecting the merit pay.Finally,based on the conclusion of this thesis and the real condition of the communication in A province,from the down-to-earth perspective,this thesis hope to make a contribute to the design department in A province,let them can make scientific management for their undertaking project,and improve the competitive power of their design,and make them develop continuously by reforming the ideas of the company,employing advanced management experience,setting binary channels for the employees,identifying the vocational qualification,shrinking the scale of management,constructing the enterprise culture.Through studying the human resource management in communication design,this thesis also hope to arouse the attention of people on the development of the communication design projects. |
