Study On Spot Trading Model Of Imported Grain In Zhoushan

China is a major importer of grain in the world.It needs to import a large amount of grain from the world every year to balance domestic supply and demand.However,China's grain import volume does not match the initiative of trade.The bargain power of imported grain trade in China has been tightly controlled by international grain dealers,and trading has been designated to use the futures pricing trading mode that commonly used by international grain dealers.There are many disadvantages in the current situation of importing large quantities of grain in China,which is not conducive to the development of China's grain and oil industry.Therefore,by analyzing the current situation of China's imported grain trade,this paper explores the spot trading mode of imported grain to provide theoretical support for reversing the inferior position of China's imported grain trade.Using the methods of literature collection and investigation,this paper begins to collect and analyze the spot trading mode of imported grain in Zhoushan,and studies the basic conditions of Zhoushan,the existing problems in its development and the construction of a new mode.Zhoushan has excellent basic conditions.We should take advantage of the opportunity of the change of national policies,integrate the advantages of geographical location,infrastructure,policy and shipping in the region,vigorously develop international grain import transshipment and processing business in the FTA,and constantly explore the spot trading mode of imported grain,taking advantage of the advantages of the FTA,in the hope of obtaining imported grain in Zhoushan.Breakthrough progress in spot trading.Implementing the mode of imported grain spot trading will face several important problems.The main reason is that grain is a special commodity to protect people's livelihood.Therefore,the state has many restrictions on the supervision of imported grain trading.Influenced by various factors such as policy restrictions,food security issues,inspection and quarantine and transportation,the mode of imported grain spot trading in China is still in the exploratory stage.Based on the detailed analysis of the existing problems,this paper puts forward that it is of great significance to construct a new mode of spot trading of imported grain for reducing the cost of international grain and oil procurement,improving the processing efficiency of grain and oil enterprises,filling up the shortcomings of China's futures trading and forming the Chinese price of International grain and oil.Based on the advantages of Zhoushan's existing port and shipping logistics,the policy advantages of China(Zhejiang)free trade pilot area system and the preconditions of commodity transaction agglomeration,five functional service systems,including warehousing transfer,trade distribution,financial services and logistics distribution,are designed.By optimizing the design of service functions,the bonded warehousing platform and port and shipping logistics platform,commodity supply chain financial service center and river-sea intermodal service platform mentioned in the new model framework are gradually realized.Implementing the spot trading mode of imported grain requires strong support from the government and policy breakthroughs.On the premise of ensuring the safety of the grain industry chain,we should improve our inspection and quarantine technology and improve the supervision and control system of bonded warehouses,and ultimately realize the new mode of spot trading of imported grain.
