Rural Tourism Development Under The Background Of Urban-rural Integration

In recent years,the rapid development of rural tourism in China has gradually become an effective way to solve the problems of agriculture and rural areas.It has become a characteristic form of tourism development that promotes the exchange and cooperation of elements between urban and rural areas,narrows the gap between urban and rural areas,and effectively promotes the integration of urban and rural areas.The Nineteenth National Rural Revitalization Strategy proposes that rural tourism should be vigorously developed to promote urban-rural integration.However,in the process of developing rural tourism,there are some problems,such as the low degree of industrial integration between urban and rural areas,the lack of tourism professionals,the destruction of the ecological environment,the lack of funds,and the low level of management and service caused by the low quality of rural tourism practitioners.The inadequate government policy support and the lack of clear measures to solve the problems in all aspects of rural tourism development are also the main reasons.Under the background of urban-rural integration,this paper takes rural tourism development in Luanchuan County of Luoyang as the research object,and studies the development of rural tourism in Luanchuan County by means of investigation and literature review.Firstly,the development of urban-rural integration can provide certain theoretical support,policy support and necessary financial support for rural tourism development,and also provide broad development space for rural tourism work.Rural tourism can also enrich the theory of urban-rural integration as an important force of overall planning,and provide a new focus for the development of urban-rural integration.Mainly from the integration of urban and rural areas can effectively solve the five problems of rural development,to provide reference for rural tourism development.The first part of this paper is the introduction part,which puts forward the research background,research content and analysis of the domestic and foreign research status.The second part of this paper mainly analyses the theoretical basis of urban-rural integration and Rural Revitalization and the relationship between them.The third part of the article takes Luanchuan County in Luoyang as an example to analyze the types and current situation of rural tourism development in Luanchuan County.The fourth part of the article finds out the main problems existing in Luanchuan Rural Tourism under the background of urban-rural integration development.The fifth part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions forLuanchuan's rural tourism development under the background of urban-rural integration.At the same time,the development of urban-rural integration perspective is brought into the decision-making vision of the Party Committee and the government,and the government's decision-making is clarified to promote the construction of the matching system of rural tourism development.Grasp the opportunity of urban-rural integration,and further enhance the development of rural tourism by formulating scientific development planning,tourism product innovation,infrastructure construction,strengthening environmental protection,financial support,professional training,optimization of management mode and innovation of marketing mode.The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook,in order to provide reference for rural tourism development in Luanchuan County,Luoyang,so that it can better promote the integration of urban and rural areas and achieve rural revitalization.
