A Study On The Path Of Contemporary China 's Promoting The Integration Of Urban And Rural Development

Urban and rural integration theory is the continuous enrichment and development to explore the relationship between urban and rural areas of practice. Urban and rural integration involves all aspects of the urban and rural development, it is a process of interaction between urban and rural areas, is the people widely participate in the development of the strategy. Since the 21 st century, under the guidance of the 16 thand 17th national congress of the communist party of China puts forward the overall urban and rural development, to form a new pattern of integration of urban and rural economic and social development and other major development strategy,many provinces and cities in eastern successively put forward the strategy to promote the development of urban and rural integration, and had good practice. With the rapid transformation of economic and social development, our country social diversification into period of thought, benefit and development path, and the objective existence of dual social structure between urban and rural areas, that economic and social transformation and the allocation of resources between urban and rural dual structure contradiction is increasingly outstanding. To break the urban-rural dual structure and form a new pattern of urban-rural integration development, become the key to realize the smooth transition of economic and social, and the key to the process of our modernization drive.In this paper, on the basis of fully understanding the concept of urban-rural integration, deepen the understanding of connotation and the essence of urban and rural integration, has been clear about the scientific value and the practical significance of urban-rural integration. In this paper, from the basic idea of Marxist classical writers about the relationship between urban and rural areas, western modern country related theory to the research of urban and rural integration, theory and experience of promoting the integration of urban and rural development in our country, as three aspects of the theoretical support, for our country at present productivity level is not high, the regional development gap is larger under the reality conditions of the process of integration of urban and rural development has carried on the theoretical preparation. In view of the present academia has not yet agreed to integration of urban and rural development, some scholars still think of urban and rural dual structure corresponds to the reality of our country, the status of the skeptical of urban and rural integration, this article from the perspective of historical and realistic thinking, to recognize the historical inevitability of integration of urban and rural development in our country, to demonstrate integration of urban and rural development is a development of unity of regularity and purpose. To evaluate the current development status of China’s urban and rural integration, to make comprehensive analysis of the current achievements of China’s urban and rural integration development, existing problems and the factors restricting the development of China’s urban and rural integration, in the end, building a theoretical framework for the integration of urban and rural economic and social development. From theory and reality two aspects in depth research the process path of promoting the development of China’s current urban and rural integration, using of history, economics and political science related discipline theory, for promoting the development of China’s urban and rural integration mechanism and path made some innovative exploration. To deepen the understanding of the connotation and essence of urban and rural integration, to clear scientific value of urban-rural integration, and to excavate the practical significance of urban-rural integration, is of great significance for the process of integration of urban and rural development that in our country that the current level of productivity is not high and the regional development gap is larger under the reality conditions. To promote the development of urban and rural integration, on improving the development state of antagonism between urban and rural areas, building equality, mutually promote and co-prosperity of the new relationship between urban and rural areas, promoting harmonious development of the urban and rural areas in economic, social, cultural, ecological and so on, has very far-reaching practical significance.
