As the top priority of the three rural issues,land is not only an important resource and livelihood guarantee for people to grow food and develop and produce,but also a key foundation for agricultural development.Land issue has become a hot issue in China's rural and urban areas.Both urban and rural development are inseparable from the reform and evolution of land system.At present,the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers are becoming increasingly prominent,among which the most core task is to optimize the allocation of rural land resources,improve the utilization efficiency of rural land,so as to promote the progress of large-scale,modern and integrated agriculture.In this process,the first problem to be solved is the transfer of land management rights to realize the use of idle land and the improvement of land use efficiency.As a key part of the land reform in the deepening reform,it is of great practical significance to solve the problem of the transfer of rural land management rights.The introduction of rural land into the market has played a very important role in solving the transfer of rural land management rights.The system of land management right transfer in zhejiang province is still in the stage of deepening reform due to the influence of various factors.This paper mainly studies the market revitalization mechanism of rural stock land.In the research process,it takes zhejiang province "dipiao system" as an example and studies the revitalization mechanism of rural land market by analyzing previous scholars' literature research and relevant theories and combining with field investigation method.First of all,this paper USES the literature analysis method,combined with the former research cost of land management rights transfer and zhejiang province's "dipiao system" for theoretical analysis and summary;Secondly,according to the basic situation of the rural construction land in zhuji city,shengzhou city and yiwu city in zhejiang province discovered in the field investigation,the main problems are identified and the relevant factors that hinder its implementation are analyzed.Third,aiming at perfecting the zhuji city,zhejiang province,shengzhou city,yiwu market revitalize the actual situation of rural land,combined with relevant theory and policy development tendency,puts forward corresponding Suggestionsfor the zhejiang province rural land circulation,such as regulate rural land management processes,strengthen the construction of system of property registration,perfecting the land circulation channels and market planning countermeasures.On the basis of this study,the author,based on theoretical and practical exploration,proposed the corresponding strategies to improve the dipiao system in zhejiang province,hoping to promote the improvement and development of the transfer system of rural land management rights in zhejiang province,and put forward some valuable reference Suggestions for deepening the land reform in China and solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.
