With the development of science and technology, technological innovation, and changes in user needs, the external business environment in which enterprises are located is extremely dynamic, and the business model has become a strategic weapon for the future commanding heights among enterprises. In the complex and unpredictable competitive environment and the constant changes of internal resources, how the business model affects corporate performance has not only become a hot topic in the theoretical field, but also a focus of attention in corporate practice.Although the research results on business model and enterprise performance have been rich so far,the specific model of the influence between the two is still unclear. This is still the direction that scholars need to study. After more than 20 years of long-term research, the theoretical framework and practical innovation of enterprise dynamic capabilities have also achieved many results.Dynamic capabilities are considered to be the necessary capabilities for an enterprise to survive and thrive, and a source of sustainable competitive advantage. In order to explain its relationship with competitive advantage, scholars have affirmed the importance of dynamic capabilities to improve performance. However, the specific internal mechanism of action has yet to reach a relatively unified consensus. Therefore, combining the domestic and international literature review and combing the representative mature scales, this study explores the impact of business models on firm performance based on the dynamic capabilities perspective, and the dynamic capabilities can play a role in this. The model is an independent model of the independent variable and enterprise performance as a dependent variable, and fundamentally studies whether the various elements of the business model will cause differences in corporate performance, and explores an effective strategy for adapting domestic enterprises to business model design to improve corporate performance. The development provides a certainreference value.First of all, based on the existing theory, through a large number of literature analysis to clarify the concept of business models, dynamic capabilities, the development of dynamic capabilities and business models of the appropriate scale.Second, study the relationship between business models and business performance. In the form of questionnaires, using all the resources around us to collect enterprise data, conduct business model analysis, and then select the two dimensions of financial performance and non-financial performance, and use the empirical analysis method to make a multi-level effect on the various factors of business model and performance indicators.authenticating.The results of the study show that corporate performance levels are significantly affected by business models. Finally,on the basis of theory, the dynamic ability is added as a moderator to the model to make research hypotheses, which verifies the adjustment effect of the different dimensions of dynamic capabilities.
