Research On The Relationship Among Dynamic Capability,Business Model Innovation And Enterprise Performance

With the rapid development of economic integration and Internet technology,the uncertainty of enterprises' living environment has become increasingly prominent.Faced with the dynamic and complex market environment,how to improve enterprise performance more effectively has become a common concern of enterprise managers and scholars.Enterprise dynamic capability theory to solve the above problem provides a new train of thought,Scholars such as Zahra and Teece believe that dynamic capabilities can help enterprise timely and effectively discover and grasp the market opportunities,integration of the reset organization internal and external resources to adapt to the complex dynamic environment change,to create enterprise value,is an important source of organization to create sustainable competitiveness.On the other hand,with the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,business model innovation has become an effective way for enterprises to maintain sustainable competitive advantages and improve performance.Therefore,based on the existing research on the relationship between dynamic capability and enterprise performance,this paper introduces business model innovation as an intermediary variable to further explore the influence mechanism between the two based on the enterprise survival environment and empirical analysis.In addition,environmental volatility is taken as a moderating variable to explore its moderating effect between business model innovation and enterprise performance,so as to provide Suggestions for enterprise managers to improve enterprise performance.In order to make the research results more scientific and effective.Firstly,combed the relevant domestic and foreign research literature about the dynamic capabilities,business model innovation,environmental turbulence and enterprise performance,preliminary understood their research status,find the interrelated logic among variables,constructed model on the basis of relevant theories,and theoretical assumptions were put forward around the impact of dynamic capability on enterprise performance,the intermediary role of business model innovation,and the regulatory role of environmental turbulence.Secondly,selected the appropriate measurement scale and collected data through the questionnaire based on the research needs.The effective data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed and processed by the statistical analysis software of SPSS24.0 and AMOS22.0.Verified the research hypothesis through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,descriptive statistics analysis,the model of variable degree of fitting method of analysis and regression analysis.Finally,we can conclude the following research conclusions: 1?The dynamic ability have a positive effect on enterprise performance;2?The business model innovation has partial mediation effect between the dynamic capability and the enterprise performance;3?the mediating effect of business model innovation is regulated by the environmental turbulence,that is,the stronger the environmental turbulence is,the stronger the mediating effect of business model innovation is between dynamic capability and enterprise performance;Otherwise,it is weaker.Finally,the paper also discussed the theoretical progress,practical significance,limitations and future research direction of this study.The research significance and contribution of this paper are as follows: first,through the in-depth analysis of the connotation and essence of enterprise dynamic capability and enterprise performance,it enriches the research on the relationship between dynamic capability and enterprise performance.Secondly,from the perspective of dynamic capability,business model innovation is introduced into the model framework as an intermediary variable to reveal the internal mechanism of dynamic capability and business model innovation jointly promoting enterprise performance improvement.Through the empirical test of the intermediate path,it is confirmed that the influencing factors of business model innovation can be studied from the perspective of dynamic capability,which enriches the theoretical research of business model innovation.Finally,according to the research conclusions of this paper,it provides practical enlightenment and Suggestions for enterprises to improve their performance by building dynamic capabilities and innovating business models.
