Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Technological Team's Entrepreneurial Failure On Serial Entrepreneurial Behavior

As the main body of entrepreneurial activities,team entrepreneurship is a popular and important model in modern entrepreneurial activities.At present,with the rapid development of the global scientific and technological revolution,technological entrepreneurship in the form of a team is becoming an important core force for economic development.However,because of the uncertainty and high risk in the process of entrepreneurship,team failure has become more common.The economic,social,physiological and psychological problems brought by the failure hit the passion and confidence of the entrepreneurs,making the entrepreneurs unable to recover.In addition,the existing research recognizes the value of entrepreneurial failure,and believes that previous failure experience is conducive to the success of subsequent entrepreneurship and can provide entrepreneurs with opportunities for reflection and self-learning.Failure recovery,as a high-level learning method,plays a key role in the subsequent restart of entrepreneurship.However,how does a startup loser come out of failure and reach a state of recovery?What is the process of recovery?Is failure recovery an effective way to link business failure to serial entrepreneurship?In addition,the psychological role of psychology can not be ignored.The entrepreneurial passion of team members in the process of failure recovery affects the serial entrepreneurial behavior,which are all urgent and practical problems faced by entrepreneurs.However,the related researches are slightly weaker.This study is based on the weaknesses of these studies,trying to build a relationship model of team entrepreneurial failure and serial entrepreneurial behavior,and explore the moderating effect of team entrepreneurship passion,and finally provide theoretical and practical guidance for the technical team entrepreneurial failure to restart entrepreneurship.The full text proceeds as follows.Firstly,A systematic literature review on entrepreneurship failure,failure recovery,entrepreneurial passion and serial Entrepreneurship.Secondly,Starting from the characterization of entrepreneurial failure,the failure of the entrepreneurial is divided into the number of failures and the degree of failure.The recovery of entrepreneurial failure is divided into stress response,critical reflection,and strategy construction and Implementation.The serial entrepreneurial behavior is divided into opportunity identification,resource acquisition and team management.This study uses teamwork passion as a moderator.Building the conceptual model of team failure and serial entrepreneurial behavior and putting forward the corresponding research hypothesis.Thirdly,This study makes an empirical analysis of 462 effective samples recovered,validates the proposed hypotheses and models,and draws the corresponding theoretical and practical implications.This article has mainly obtained the following research results:Firstly,The study finds that the numbers and extent of entrepreneurs' previous failure(s)and serial entrepreneurial behavior was inverted U-shape feature.Secondly,Entrepreneurial failure recovery plays an intermediary role between entrepreneurial failure and serial entrepreneurial behavior.The failure of team entrepreneurship affects the recovery of entrepreneurial failure through the inverted U-shaped curve effects,and then affects the serial entrepreneurial behavior.Thirdly,Entrepreneurial passion regulates the relationship between entrepreneurial failure recovery and serial entrepreneurial behavior,and entrepreneurship passion regulates the relationship between entrepreneurial failure and serial entrepreneurial behavior.Based on the above conclusions,this study integrates the process framework of entrepreneurial failure,serial entrepreneurship,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in the face of failure attitude,effective management of team passion,and support of external factors.This study not only enriches the theory of entrepreneurial failure recovery and serial entrepreneurship,but also has great significance for the entrepreneurial team to get rid of grief and recover effectively from failure.
