Analysis Of The Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of The Planting Structure In Jiamusi City

This paper mainly discussesed the Jiamusi crop and livestock industries structure adjustment,the influence factors of affect the crop and livestock industries structure was analyzed,based on the predecessors' research achievements of summary and induction,the related factors of affecting Jiamusi cultivated and structure through the analysis of Jiamusi from 2008-2017 data related to agriculture,the structure of Jiamusi cultivated and the development and evolution,analysised of Jiamusi realistic problems of the crop and livestock industries structure adjustment.Firstly,the gray correlation analysis method was used to analyze the correlation between the influencing factors and the planting breeding structure of Jiamusi.According to the gray correlation analysis results,the influencing factors were ranked as follows: Urbanization RI=0.9693 > crop sown area RI=0.9657 > fertilizer application amount RI=0.8348 > agricultural,forestry and water affairs expenditure RI=0.7801 > rural electricity consumption RI=0.7477 > rural labor literacy RI=0.7099 > pesticide RI=0.6654 > agricultural machinery total power RI=0.6479 > agricultural plastic film RI=0.6160 > total water resources RI=0.5654.Given on the basis of related research correlation standard,this paper,the influence factors of extracting correlation is greater than 0.7,respectively,urbanization,total planting area of farm crops,rural electricity consumption,amount of fertilizer applied,labor culture level and government spending,following affairs will these indicators in multivariate linear regression model to further analysis of the influence factors and the role of the relationship between planting and raised structure.according to the results of multivariate linear regression model of urbanization and rural electricity consumption had a positive influence on structure of crop and livestock industries structure,crop planting area,find these three indicators,following government affairs spending had a reverse influence on planting structure,including urbanization,rural electricity consumption and find the most significant of these forces,structure of planting and raising every increase 1 unit of urbanization,the sum of farming and animal husbandry output value proportion will increase about 28.9% of the total output value of agriculture,rural electricity consumption per 1 unit,the sum of farming and animal husbandry output value accounted for the proportion of agricultural output will be increased by about 71.3%.For each additional unit of fertilizer use,the combined value of crop and livestock production decreases by about 28.8 per cent of total agricultural output.Through gray correlation prediction results can be seen that raising structure of Jiamusi development trend in the next five years,over the next five years the sum of farming and animal husbandry output value accounts for the proportion of agricultural output has a downward trend,but still more than 90% of the total output value of agriculture,Jiamusi urbanization level improved,and the development trend of relatively stable,there is a downturn in the total sown area of crops but decline is not very big,still increasing trend,find such harmful to the development of Jiamusi agricultural Jiamusi following affairs spending growth is bigger in the next five years,rural electricity consumption is also on the rise,but the growth rate is not high.This paper puts forward some Suggestions for jiamusi city to adjust its planting and raising structure by adjusting planting and raising structure,animal husbandry structure and planting and raising combination.Adjust the structure of animal husbandry by raising the proportion of large-scale breeding and promoting the quality and efficiency of animal husbandry by leading enterprises.Adjust the industrial structure of planting industry by expanding the production of characteristic agricultural products,improving the quality of crop production and adjusting the production structure of planting industry.The promotion of the combination of planting and breeding is mainly through the establishment of livestock and poultry manure nutrient management system,promoting the recycling of breeding and breeding resources,supporting livestock and poultry farms that combine breeding and breeding,and creating conditions for the adjustment of breeding and breeding structure through urbanization.
