| The government formulated the overall development ideas of strategic emerging industries(SEIs)during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period to solve the “bottleneck” problem that restricts the high-quality development of the industry and consolidate the industrial foundation as the core task.Through collaborative innovation between SEIs,to be able to produce a chain reaction of related industries,guide the multiple resonance industry innovation,supply or for the rest of the industry to provide effective innovation,produce spiral innovation effect.Therefore,based on industrial relevance theory,synergy theory and complex system theory,this paper focuses on the collaborative innovation network among SEIs at the core of industrial innovation network.Through the research on the collaborative innovation network theory between SEIs,based on the system view,the theoretical framework of the research on the collaborative innovation network between SEIs is constructed.In this paper,the formation,operation,effect and evolution of the collaborative innovation network among SEIs are analyzed by fully considering the characteristics of strategic and emerging industries,complementarity and symbiosis of knowledge and high integration of technology.On this basis,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the benign development of collaborative innovation network between SEIs,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the innovation subjects of SEIs to carry out collaborative innovation activities.Firstly,by sorting out and summarizing the domestic and foreign research results and combining with the characteristics of SEIs,this paper defines the connotation of collaborative innovation network between SEIs,analyzes its constituent elements and characteristics,and clarifies the theoretical basis of industrial relevance theory,collaborative innovation theory and complex system theory based on this paper.Based on the system view,the research framework of collaborative innovation network among SEIs is constructed,and the formation,operation,effect and evolution process of the network in the framework are theoretically analyzed.Secondly,this paper studies the formation of collaborative innovation network among SEIs,including the formation process of collaborative innovation network among SEIs,the choice of main partners and innovation behavior pattern,and the game strategy analysis of collaborative innovation behavior between main bodies.In this paper,stimulus-response model is used to analyze the formation process of collaborative innovation network among SEIs,and questionnaire survey,regression analysis and multi-agent simulation model are used to study the partner selection and innovation behavior patterns.Based on the theoretical analysis of the cooperative innovation behavior among the SEIs,the evolutionary game model of the cooperative innovation behavior among the supply chain enterprises is constructed,and the game strategy of the cooperative innovation behavior among the players is simulated.Thirdly,the paper studies the operation of collaborative innovation network among SEIs.Based on the analysis of the operation process of the collaborative innovation network between SEIs,this paper constructs the Logistic dynamic equation by metaphor of B-Z response model.This paper further empirically studies the influence of government and other external support with different intensity on system operation,as well as the specific path to improve system operation trend when the actual value and threshold value of government support for different SEIs are different.Taking the collaborative innovation of Huawei and the new energy automobile industry as an actual case to verify the research conclusion,the two-dimensional matrix of influencing factors of order parameters is constructed for specific analysis of the development status of SEIs.Fourthly,this paper studies the network effect of collaborative innovation among SEIs.Based on the theoretical analysis of the network effect of collaborative innovation between SEIs,this paper takes 26 departments of SEIs as the research object,using gravity model and social network analysis method to evaluate the network structure characteristics of collaborative innovation network between SEIs.A three-stage DEA model is used to evaluate the efficiency of R&D and transformation innovation.Based on the panel regression model is used to study the impact of network structure characteristics on innovation efficiency.Fifthly,this paper studies the evolution of collaborative innovation network among SEIs.Based on the above research content and important conclusions,this paper analyzes the evolution mechanism by using the constrained generation process model,and builds the evolution model of the cooperative innovation network among SEIs.The multi-agent simulation analysis method is adopted,and the initial simulation state is set based on the effect evaluation results.The evolution law of structure emergence,hierarchy emergence and function emergence of collaborative innovation network with the advancement of time,namely life cycle.Finally,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the benign development of collaborative innovation network among SEIs.According to this article research results,this paper improve the formation of collaborative innovation network between SEIs between speed and quality,promote SEIs of collaborative innovation network running power,strengthening the coordination between SEIs innovation network synergies and optimize collaborative innovation network evolution process between SEIs,a total of four aspects put forward concrete countermeasures and suggestions.The main conclusions based on the above research contents are as follows:Compared with the government,the market mechanism can effectively guide the subject’s knowledge innovation behavior through the government policy,which plays an important role in improving the quality of innovation network formation.The higher the level of external support,the faster the level of collaborative innovation potential,which is the order parameter leading the operation of the system,and shows an obvious trend of rapid collaborative growth with innovation performance.The innovation network is characterized by low density and cross-industry clustering,and the linkage effect between plates is insufficient,showing the characteristics of "reflexive" condensed subgroups.The innovation network between SEIs shows obvious stage characteristics in the process of evolution,and gradually expands from inter-industry linkage to inter-industry collaborative innovation,showing obvious characteristics of structural emergence,hierarchical emergence and functional emergence.The innovation of this paper lies in revealing the main partner selection and innovation behavior mechanism between SEIs,and analyzing the formation mechanism.This paper reveals the operation rules of collaborative innovation network among SEIs.The network effect evaluation model of collaborative innovation among SEIs is constructed.It reveals the evolution law of collaborative innovation network among SEIs. |
