With the increasing environmental awareness of citizens and the increasingly fierce business environment,"environment and development" has become the theme of world environmental protection work,and countries all over the world attach great importance to environmental problems,green innovation has become an important way for enterprises to achieve sustainable development and competitive advantage.However,whether in practice or in academia at present,how to coordinate exploitative green innovation and exploratory green innovation to gain competitive advantage in enterprises has not been well solved.This paper combines the relevant literature at home and abroad,find that relevant research lacks empirical analysis of green organizational identity and other enterprise internal factors on green dual innovation,and seldom considers uncertain factors in dynamic environment,so this paper find out the research gap,and builds the overall framework.Based on natural resource theory and flexible strategy theory,this study puts green organizational identity as a factor to explain environmental problems into the overall research framework of enterprise green dual innovation,and forms a relatively complete organizational identity model in the field of environmental management;facing the dynamic environment,this paper introduces organizational flexibility to study its regulating effect on the relationship between green dual innovation and green competitive advantage,and organizational flexibility is divided into resource flexibility and capacity flexibility.Therefore,this paper focuses on the specific mechanism by which green organizational identity influences green competitive advantage through green dual innovation under the regulatory effect of organizational flexibility,so as to enrich the organizational identity theory and dual innovation theory.At the same time,the paper adopts the mature scale of the current classic literature for reference.A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed to enterprises in Shanxi,Hebei,Shaanxi,Inner Mongolia and other places,and 288 valid questionnaires were recovered.In this study,SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 23.0 software were used for statistical analysis and processing of the data.Empirical research shows that:(1)green organizational identification positively influences green competitive advantage;(2)green dual innovation plays an intermediary role between greenorganizational identity and green competitive advantage;(3)organizational flexibility only negatively moderates the relationship between exploratory green innovation and green competitive advantage.The results of this study show that forming shared goals and action of environment protection within the enterprise,it can strengthen the understanding of organizational members on green dual innovation,encourages enterprises to seek solutions in the process of green dual innovation,prevents ecological environmental pollution,so that it can form green competitive advantages of enterprises.At the same time,we should reasonably grasp the strength of organizational flexibility and prevent the "flexible trap" caused by too much organizational flexibility,so as to achieve the effect of improving the green competitive advantage of enterprises in the process of exploratory green innovation.The innovations realized in this paper include :(1)this paper introduces the dual thought into green innovation,and dividing green innovation into utilization green innovation and exploration green innovation;(2)this paper introduces the organizational identity model in the field of environmental management,and build a relatively complete framework of organizational identity;(3)facing the dynamic environment,organizational flexibility is introduced into green dual innovation to enrich the theory and practice of green innovation.
