With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the rapid development of the economy has promoted the rise of all walks of life.As an important part of the national economy,industry has also made rapid development.However,with the development of industrial economy,a large number of pollutants,such as waste gas,wastewater,solid waste,are discharged,resulting in greater pollution,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of economy and environment.As the largest economic circle in the north of China,the Bohai Rim Region,including Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei,Shandong and Liaoning Provinces,has become an influential economic region in China's regional economic plate and even in Northeast Asia after the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta economic circles,and it plays an indispensable and important role in China's modernization drive.In addition,the integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei and the establishment of Xiongan New Area provide a good opportunity to promote the development of the Bohai Rim region.Therefore,the study of industrial land use efficiency around Bohai Sea provides scientific guidance and decision-making basis for efficient and intensive use of urban industrial land.Firstly,this paper calculates the industrial land use efficiency of the Bohai Rim region from 2007 to 2016 by introducing the non-expected output SBM model.With the help of ArcGIS visualization and exploratory spatial data analysis method,the industrial land use efficiency of 44 cities in the Bohai Rim region is analyzed from time and space.Finally,the Tobit model is used to analyze the influencing factors of industrial land use efficiency in Bohai Rim.Through empirical research,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)From the average value of the overall industrial land use efficiency in the Bohai Rim region from 2007 to 2016,there is a wave-like trend;(2)According to the time difference of each specific city in Bohai Rim,only Beijing and Dongying have the industrial land efficiency value of 1,which is at the forefront of environmental outcomes in 10 years;(3)From the spatial differences of industrial land use efficiency among cities around Bohai Sea,there is a significant spatial distribution relationship in the region.By observing the scatter plots of 2007,2012 and 2016,it is found that most cities fall in the first and third quadrants,while fewer cities fall in the second and fourth quadrants,especially in the fourth quadrant,where the number of high-low cluster provinces is the lowest.Among them,18 cities remained unchanged for 10 years,and 9 cities in low and low types still did not break through the status quo;(4)Through the regression analysis of the influencing factors of industrial land use efficiency in the Bohai Rim region by using the Tobit model,it is found that the level of economic development,the scale of land resources investment,the scale of industrial industry and the marketization of land transfer have positively promoted the efficiency of industrial land use.The ownership structure of enterprises has a negative impact on the efficiency of industrial land use.
