Study On The Driving Factors And Policy Of Green Manufacturing In Fujian Province

At present,China has become the largest manufacturing country in the world,and many indicators of manufacturing industry rank first in the world.However,it can't be ignored that the overall quality and competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry is not strong,and its development is mainly at the cost of a large amount of resource consumption and environmental damage.The new international trade rules challenge the extensive develope model of Chinese manufacturing industry.The resource and environment constraints of manufacturing development are increasingly severe,which has a far-reaching impact on the sustainable development of manufacturing industry.Under such circumstances,the manufacturing industry in Fujian is also facing increasing pressure on the resources and environment,the long-term accumulation of comprehensive energy consumption is not easy to solve,and the profit level is in dire straits.It is urgent to construct a modern green manufacturing system with clean production mode,efficient utilization of resources and intensive technology.This study makes use of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,field investigation,analytic network process and other research methods and tools to carry out theoretical and empirical research on the driving factors of green manufacturing in Fujian Province.On this basis,the paper constructs a policy system to accelerate the implementation of green manufacturing in Fujian Province.First of all,on the basis of systematically combing the domestic and foreign research literature and related theories,this paper analyzes the related concepts and connotations of green manufacturing.Secondly,the development status,industry life cycle,existing problems,opportunities and challenges of green manufacturing in Fujian Province are analyzed.Then,16 driving factors of green manufacturing are extracted through extensive literature reading.And the collection is composed of four element sets:institutional drivers,economic drivers,organizational drivers,and social drivers.After that,16 driving factors are selected and sorted by expert questionnaire and the analytic network process(ANP),and the key factors which driving the implementation of green manufacturing in Fujian Province are obtained.Based on the previous analysis,this paper tries to construct the policy system that top-level design policy as the leader,economic driver and innovation-driver policy to coordinate each other,and safeguard mechanism policy to cover the bottom.It provides policy reference for Fujian Province to popularize and implement green manufacturing,and promotes the high quality development of Fujian manufacturing industry.
