| It is severe challenges for human that the global climate change and the increasingly tense man-land relationship in the 21th century.Therefore,in recent years,land managers and scholars have been paying more attention to the low carbon development of the region and the level of land intensive and economical utilization,in order to seek the ideal state of the decoupling development between the land low carbon and intensive use of land.At the same time,with the enhancement of environmental awareness among people,the public’s vision of building a "green,low-carbon,intensive" land use model is growing stronger.Therefore,in the context of national economic restructuring,it is a crucial problem of affecting the sustainable development of Fujian’s land in future that how to adapt the way of land use and the social and economic development to the vision of the people.This paper,taking Fujian as the research object,evaluates and analyzes low-carbon and intensive use level of the land,which is of great significance on promoting the optimization of the land structure and the low carbon development in the research area.On the basis of summarizing the relevant domestic and abroad research literature,this paper combs the connotation of low carbon intensive utilization of land and the theoretical basis of land low carbon intensive use.After analyzing the current situation of land use and traffic development in Fujian Province,the carbon emission coefficient method is used to calculate and analyze the net carbon emissions of Fujian provinces in 2009,2012 and 2015.On this basis,through the introduction of the DPSIR model framework,a low carbon intensive use evaluation index system is constructed,which are not only highlights the main driving factors of traffic factors,but also includes both low carbon development indicators and intensive use indicators.After classifying 20 indicators of five dimensions,principal component analysis is used to calculate the weights of each dimension index.Then the ideal value of each index is determined by the method that combines target value,expert consultation and experience reference,so as to calculate the index realization degree of each period.Thereafter,the paper use the multifactor comprehensive method to measure the low carbon intensive use level of the land in 2009,2012 and 2015 in Fujian Province,and discuss the development status and influence factors of low carbon intensive use level of land in each period from five systems including driving force,pressure,state,influence and response.Finally,the land use types of all cities from 2009 to 2015 are summed up into four types of land use patterns through the guiding of the theory of sustainable development and the theory of path dependence.Otherwise,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the level of land low carbon intensive use are given in the last section. |
