With the global environmental crisis and ecological dilemma,the realization of green development has become an important concept of sustainable economic development.Enterprise production is the core link of economic development.How to realize green production,reduce energy consumption and avoid environmental pollution under the background of ecological protection and sustainable economic development has become a hot issue that academics and industries pay close attention to.This article mainly studies the driving influencing factors and mechanisms of large-scale panel manufacturing enterprises "green production behaviors.Through the study of the current status,characteristics,driving factors and mechanism of large-scale panel manufacturing enterprises" production management behaviors,it explores and analyzes large-scale The question of "what" and "why" for green production of panel manufacturers.On this basis,further research on green production behavior policy simulation was conducted to explore effective green production strategies and measures in evaluation systems,endogenous driving forces,policy adjustments,etc.,and answered the question of "how do " question.In terms of research ideas,this article first explores green production behaviors and their evaluation indicators by combining theories of sustainable development,circular economy,optimization,and eco-industrial science,and analyzes and evaluates the current status of green production behaviors of enterprises.Game models are used to analyze the choices of enterprises' green production under government and influence under the conditions of industrial regulation.Secondly,based on the qualitative analysis and research methods,starting from the actual problems of corporate green production,they conduct targeted interviews with corporate staff to analyze and summarize them.The driving factors of enterprise green production behavior are further classified,and then the comprehensive influencing factors of green production behavior of large panel enterprises are further classified.Thirdly,based on the qualitative analysis,effective influencing factors are extracted,and questionnaire variables are constructed for field investigation.On this basis,based on the structural equation model,the effect of the company's green production behavior is analyzed from the two effect factors of intermediation and regulation.Finally,based on simulation analysis and empirical analysis,different policies for green production of large panel companies are proposed.Incentives,and put forwardcountermeasures and policy recommendations suitable for the green production behavior of large panel manufacturing companies in China.The main research contents and conclusions of this article include the following aspects:(1)Research on the status quo of large-scale panel manufacturers shows that the United States,Japan,and Germany,which provide upstream raw materials in the industry,are in a monopoly position;China,South Korea,etc.are mainly in the midstream panel manufacturing sector to seek development;in addition,China's LCD panel From the perspective of the development of the industry,the main problems are relatively backward technological level,unbalanced industrial chain and insufficient innovation ability.(2)Case study of the green production status of large panel companies,and then analyze the green behavior of the companies based on the industrial chain of the panel companies,and evaluate their environmental performance.The evaluation indicators in this article mainly include three parts: the design principles,design contents and the overall framework of the final evaluation index system.Finally,how to use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish a comprehensive comprehensive evaluation model for this indicator system is explained.(3)Analyze the main driving factors of green production for panel companies,and analyze the interactive relationship between green production behaviors between the government and enterprises,and between enterprises and enterprises with the help of behavioral game theory.The fundamental driving force for enterprises to implement green production management.In addition,this chapter further considers how government supervision and incentive mechanisms affect the green production behavior of large panel manufacturers? How does the social responsibility of large panel manufacturers affect their own green production behavior? In order to solve this problem,from the perspective of the incentive-supervision theory,an in-depth analysis of the changes in the green production of large-scale panel manufacturers after the government departments' incentives and supervision measures.(4)First,apply the qualitative research ideas and methods of grounded theory to the relevant experts and persons in charge of green production of large panel manufacturing enterprises.Combined with literature review and theoretical analysis and theoretical analysis of influencing factors,research variables were selected and defined,and then a theoretical model was formed to study the factors driving suchenterprises' green production.This paper also combines the structural equation model to deeply study its driving mechanism,and builds a theoretical analysis framework and conceptual model of the driving mechanism of green panel production enterprises' large-scale panel production.The structural equation model is used to empirically analyze the driving mechanism of green panel production enterprises' large-scale production behavior.(5)Research on the technology spillover effect and mechanism of large-scale panel companies' green production.The research shows that the green production behavior of enterprises is positively related to the technology spillover effect of green production,that is,the greater the intensity of green production,the more beneficial it is Form a technology spillover effect.The more companies attach importance to green production behavior,the more beneficial they are to the creation of green production innovation effects.The two have a positive correlation,that is,the greater the intensity of green production,the correspondingly the better the company's technological innovation ability and the green production.At the same time,the technological innovation ability is positively related to the technological spillover effect of the green production of the enterprise,that is,the greater the innovation ability of the enterprise's green production,the greater the technological spillover benefit of the enterprise's green production.Green production technology innovation plays an intermediate effect between the green production of enterprises and the spillover effect of green production technology.The proximity of green production technology plays an intermediate effect between the green production of enterprises and the spillover effect of green production technology.(6)Simulation studies based on system dynamics show that the green atmosphere has the most significant effect on the level of green production willingness of large panel manufacturers.Therefore,an in-depth analysis of the endogenous driving force for green production of large panel manufacturers is very helpful.To this end,this article mainly explores the green atmosphere around the following four dimensions:one is green cognition;the other is leadership values;the third is green appeals;the fourth is social responsibility.Finally,corresponding countermeasures are proposed.There are 41 figures,62 tables and 210 references in this paper.
