With the wide application of information technology in the banking industry,domestic commercial banks have launched self-service voice,telephone banking,online banking and mobile banking services,forming a"physical + virtual"full-channel service system.From scratch to existence,from ambiguity to clarity,from single to pluralistic,from dispersion to system,channel strategy has gradually become an indispensable and important part of the overall development strategy of banks,but all kinds of channels have been established in different periods.The channel is relatively independent,there is no uniform standard,the business system is separate and the channel conflict is prominent,which increases the management cost of the commercial bank.The rapid development of Internet finance in recent years,because of its wide coverage,strong openness,convenient and fast characteristics of traditional banking business management channels of the impact and challenges,state-owned holding commercial banks are imperative to transform channels.This article through the literature research method,unceasingly collects,reads and collates the related literature and the related theory,has carried on the analysis and the summary to the collection material;through the investigation method,has the goal,has the plan,This paper systematically collects the historical and actual situation of channel construction of commercial banks,and analyzes,synthesizes,compares and sums up a lot of data collected Because T bank is representative in state-owned commercial banks,the development data of this bank are collected by the method of field investigation and data analysis.Taking its essence from the collected information,this paper provides the regular knowledge and inspiration for the channel construction in this paper,aiming at the channel management.By analyzing the main problems and defects in the channel management of T Bank,the feasible solutions are put forward.In order to ensure the outstanding effect of the implementation,T Bank should speed up the construction of operating standards and plan the channel strategy scientifically.Clear positioning of different channel functions,to create the core competitiveness of banks.The conclusion shows that the research strategy of this paper can be extended and used for reference in commercial banks.
