| The socialization of logistics in colleges and universities refers to the integration of university logistics services into the socialist market economic system,and the establishment of a legalized and market-oriented logistics service system that is guided by the government and socially responsible.J Company is a logistics service enterprise.It uses the advantages of Internet of Things application technology to provide comprehensive services for college teachers and students in the fields of eating,wearing,living and traveling.It also conducts in-depth research on the logistics socialization reform of higher education institutions in our province.Investigating and researching the status of logistics socialization reform in colleges and universities,and discovering the problems and dilemmas in the reform of logistics socialization in colleges and universities,how to carry out good business marketing and build brands to accelerate the process of logistics socialization reform in Henan provinces is an urgent problem to be solved.Through the review of relevant journals and literature materials such as logistics service enterprises and college logistics service outsourcing,and through some basic principles and analysis methods of management,economics and marketing,combined with relevant field investigations,the first use of industry environmental analysis 、the macro environment analysis method and the micro-environment analysis method have carried out an in-depth and systematic analysis of the marketing environment faced by J company.Secondly,through the management status of J company,combined with the analysis of market survey data,J company’s marketing problem was discovered.Finally,STP marketing theory is used to determine its final target market selection and market positioning.Based on this,reasonable service marketing suggestions and implementation safeguard measures are proposed.In the research process,the focus is on the literature survey method,the field survey method and the observation method,and with the 7Ps marketing mix theory,the effective service marketing strategy optimization is proposed.The conclusiondrawn in this paper is that J company needs to rely on its own situation and market demand.The target group belongs to the group of young people who are transitioning to middle-aged and young people,and at the same time has many characteristics of these two groups.In terms of service marketing strategy optimization,the quality of logistics services in colleges directly affects the long-term development of J company.The diversification of product portfolios meets the needs of logistics services.The pricing strategy should be based on supply and demand.Strategies and other aspects,make up for the lack of optimization.The research results of this paper can enrich the theory of logistics socialization reform in colleges and universities,and the marketing theory of logistics service enterprises,thus providing theoretical preparation and support for similar logistics service enterprises to carry out good business marketing. |
