In modern times, the global information of network technology is vigorously developing, more and more companies have applied computer technology to manage the enterprise. Product management system is a kind of database application programs. It combines all of management information, such as product information, logistics information, plan information and so on. In order to enhance the product efficiency, we need such a system that bring a great of economic benefits for enterprises.In this thesis, a personalized product management system is mainly designed and developed for the multi-varieties and small-batch engineering machinery enterprise. Now the whole system has been applied normally by the actual production, validly improving management level and work efficience of the enterprise. It provides an excellent tool for the enterprise on saving cost and manpower and material resources. The main research work is as follow:Based on typical enterprise, the production characteristics and problems in production process are analyzed, for example, product with the complex structure, 1000 kinds of material involved, purchased parts more than 70% of the total parts; material delivery methods include self-material of self-made, self-material of outside-made, outside-material of outside-made, and material consist of forging, casting, plate, steel bar and so on. In purchased parts, the process transfer between commissioned factories must be controlled. According to analysis, it is known that these problems are the typical environment to manage the production in the multi-varieties and small-batch engineering machinery enterprise, and also the difficulties to develop the personalized production management system.On analyzing different production mode, the solution of the special problem is researched for the production management of the typical enterprise, the product plan and executive mode are obtained based on the MRPⅡfit for this enterprise. The procedures for classified delivery plan, production preparation, cutting plan, feedback information of the outside-made parts and so on are developed. With the ABC production stock management method and the production scheduling under the supply chain environment the control mechanism is formed for the collaborative supplying goods, and the functions of production scheduling, the quantity calculation of the commissioning material are developed. By a method of combining the AHP level analysis method with BP neural netwok to evaluate the supplying quality of the suppliers quickly and comprehensively, the real-time settlement module of suppliers, real-time dynamic evaluation module of supplying quality are developed; Finally the new method of the total quality management is implemented in the enterprise .Based on above the structure and functional requirements of the production management system, the technical route, system requirements and framework are formulated for the software; According to detail application environment, every functional requirements , work flow and friendly user interface are designed. By the program code, all the functions of the product management system are realized, and perfected by consultation with users for one year, which finally improve the work efficiency in the enterprise.
