Optimization Research On Production Management In M Company For Multi-item And Small-batch

There are increasingly uncertainties in manufacturing enterprise due to the trend of globalmarket competition. With the market demand more and more fierceness; job shop manufacturinghas been one of the main production modesin industrial enterprises.The good management of thecompany’s business process is the necessary condition for improvement of competitiveness andinnovation, which makes company to response quickly and flexibly to change of customsrequirement and market developments trends.Depending on the main characteristics of job shopmanufacturing production management of mechanical product, and integrate years of actualmanagement experience in this enterprise, base on the theory of JIT at the same time, this paperconcentrate on study the ways to optimize the production management flow of M company toimprove it’s production efficiency and quality, and shorten the product manufacture cycle, too.At first, This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problem of job shopmanufacturing production management of mechanical product at home and abroad; Then, aim atthe actual situation and existing question of M company, base on my years relative managementexperience and sufficiency absorb the knowledge of relative modern management theory andthinking such as MRP、JIT、OPT and the merits of traditional production management method,This paper present the guidelines and fundamental to optimize production management flow ofM company, at the same time, to optimize the work flow of production management. Theachievement of this thesis could provide for other multi-item and small-batch manufacturingenterprises in the field of lean process management as reference.
