Research On The Identification Mechanism Of Precise Poverty Alleviation

In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China it was pointed out that it is the solemn commitment of our Party to let the poor and poor areas enter into a well-off society in an all-round way with the whole country.It can be seen that China has put forward new strategic requirements for poverty alleviation and higher requirements for for the accuracy of poverty alleviation identification.First of all,to solve the problem of poverty,we must accurately identify poor households and eliminate poverty from the source.The key of precise poverty alleviation is precision identification and targeted precise assistance.Although China's poverty-relief development,at the same time,the problem of identification deviation is also appeared.Due to the policy itself,different standards,inaccurate methods and other factors,there are many problems in the process of identifying poor households.The reason is that the lack of precise identification mechanism of poverty alleviation,so the research of precise identification mechanism of poverty alleviation is very important to China's poverty-relief development.Based on the theory of precise poverty alleviation and the theory of fine management,this paper takes precise identification as the research object,follows the logical thinking of "putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems" and analyzes the precise poverty alleviation identification mechanism in China based on the specific practices in China.The identification mechanism of precise poverty alleviation in this paper mainly includes four parts: the identification subject of precise poverty alleviation,the identification system of precise poverty alleviation,the identification standard of precise poverty alleviation and the identification method of precise poverty alleviation.On the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the current identification mechanism of precise poverty alleviation,The author then points out that the problems existing in the identification mechanism of precise poverty alleviation in our country lie in the limitations of the identification subject,the rigidity of the identification system,the unscientific identification criteriaand the formality of the procedure and method of the identification of precise poverty alleviation,and explains the reasons for the predicament.Finally,the author puts forward constructive suggestions on regulating the identification subject of precise poverty alleviation,perfecting the identification system of precise poverty alleviation,optimizing the identification standard of poverty alleviation and adjusting the identification method of precise poverty alleviation.This not only improves the perfection of poverty alleviation mechanism in China,but also has a strong theoretical and practical significance for promoting the precise poverty alleviation work in poor rural areas in China.In the crucial period of the decisive battle to win the battle and fight against poverty,it is necessary to study the precise identification mechanism of poverty alleviation in China,and it is urgent to improve the identification mechanism of poverty alleviation in China.
