Study On Evolution Characteristics Of Dali Agricultural Park

Agricultural parks play an important role in driving regional economic growth,promoting regional industrial upgrading,promoting the integrated development of the three industries and building a new urban-rural relationship.Faced with the current situation that there are various types and quantities of agricultural parks in China,in order to avoid the repeated construction of agricultural parks and realize the optimal allocation of resources,high-level decision makers begin to think about the relationship between various agricultural parks,and grassroots managers are also confused about the stage transformation of agricultural parks.To solve the phenomenon of "high-rise confusion" and "grass-roots confusion" in the further development of the agriculture park,can undertake a case study for a typical agricultural park,try to answer whether the agricultural park can experience multiple park types when it is growing up,whether there is hierarchy among different types of parks,and whether a park can bear the functions of all kinds of agricultural parks at the same time.Dali Agricultural Park,a representative of agricultural park construction in China with 17 years of construction experience,was selected as the object for a typical case study.Based on the theories of economic geography,industrial economics and regional economics,through the in-depth investigation of Dali Agricultural Park five times,the form of interviews,questionnaires and field visits has been adopted to obtain first-hand information on the 2002-2016 years of history,industry and management of the park.Using the gaofen-2 satellite remote sensing image,the spatial data of the park are obtained by vectorization extraction of the plaque of enterprise buildings in the park.This paper analyzed the change degree and evolution characteristics of Dali Agricultural Park from three perspectives of organization management,industry and space,grasping the dynamic evolution trajectory of the agricultural park as a whole,and discussing its future evolution trend.The evolution characteristics of management system,leading industry,industrial structure and spatial structure of Dali agricultural park in the past 15 years are as follows:(1)In terms of management,the management institution adjusts along with the development path of "state-owned forest farm to agricultural science and technology park to Dali science and technology industrial park and to Dali economic and technological development zone",and the corresponding management mode changes from vertical management at the municipal level to centralized management at the county level.(2)In terms of industry,leading industries transformed and upgraded in the direction of product form diversification and advanced.Industrial structure developed from "123" pattern to "231" pattern,the speed of industrial structure change go through a process of "stability-acceleration-deceleration-stabilityacceleration-deceleration-stability ".The increase of the number of enterprises in agriculture-related industries far exceeds that of non-farm enterprises,and the proportion of agriculture-related enterprises remains above 60%,among which the proportion of agricultural enterprises is gradually reduced in the course of development.(3)In terms of space,the internal space of Dali Agricultural Park has evolved from an inactive state to an organizational state with a multi-level “point-axis system”,and the scale expansion rate has at high speed first and then slowed down.In the process of external space change,the planning scope is constantly approaching the main urban area,and the integration trend between agricultural parks and urban areas,towns and villages is obvious.Combining the change process of Dali Agricultural Park type,it can be obtained that Dali Agricultural Park has experienced many types of parks,such as agricultural science and technology park,industrial park and economic and technological development zone in order,moreover park transformation will lead to industrial transformation,and industrial upgrading will lead to park upgrading.Furthermore,the functions of the park become more and more diversified with the advanced spatial structure.
