| January 1,2010,the China-ASEAN Free Trade area was fully completed, becoming the world’s most populous free trade area, and trade accounted for 13% of the world’s trade volume.Until November 22,2015,China and ASEAN formally signed the outcome document of the FTZ upgrade negotiations, and entered a broad prospect of the development of the “Diamond Decade” trade in all-round cooperation. When General Secretary Xi Jinping visited the ASEAN countries in October 2013,he put forward the cooperation initiative of the “21st Century Maritime Silk Road”,and the proposal of the “21 World Maritime Silk Road” initiative also brought new opportunities for the development of the China-ASEAN free Trade Area. With the further development of the free trade area between China and ASEAN countries and the deepening of economic and trade cooperation between China and ASEAN countries, mainly in expanding mutual trade and economic and trade cooperation in free trade zones, more attention should be paid to trade facilitation issues that reduce transaction costs and remove regulations and technical barriers. At the same time, the Agreement on Trade facilitation entered the formal implementation phase in February 2017,trade facilitation has become a matter for trade promotion among the countries of free trade zones. In order to study the influence of the trade facilitation level of the countries of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area on China’s export trade, this paper constructs the trade facilitation evaluation system on the basis of theoretical analysis, measures the trade facilitation level of the countries of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, and substituting the trade facilitation level index into the gravitational model,This paper analyzes the influence of trade facilitation level on China’s export trade in China and ASEAN countries, then models the four major areas that constitute trade facilitation, analyzes the impact of various fields on China’s export trade, and puts forward feasible suggestions and measures to enhance the level of trade facilitation. |
