Research On The Strategy Of Revitalizing The Country Perspective On The Development Of Lanzhou Plateau Summer Vegetables Industry Based On

In recent years,the Plateau Summer Vegetable Industry in Lanzhou has developed rapidly,which has become a new bright spot to promote regional agricultural development and increase farmers income and an important supporting industry to implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization and precise poverty alleviation.Statistics show that by the end of 2017,the output value of the Plateau Summer Vegetable Industry in Lanzhou City is about 5863.227 million yuan,accounting for 70.78%of the total agricultural output value.As the main production areas of the Plateau Summer Vegetable Industry in Lanzhou City,Yuzhong County,Gaolan County,Yongdeng County and Honggu District,the proportion of the Plateau Summer Vegetable output value in the four counties and districts is 75.39%,58.39%,51.16% and 84.08%,respectively.See that the contribution rate of Plateau Summer Vegetable Industry to the economic development of Lanzhou and its counties and districts is very high,which also shows the importance of Plateau Summer Vegetable Industry Development to a certain extent.In order to analyze the development status of Plateau Summer Vegetable Industry in Lanzhou more comprehensively and scientifically,the main research scope of this paper is limited to three counties and five districts under the jurisdiction of Lanzhou City(except Lanzhou New Area).Although the plateau summer vegetable industry has a gooddevelopment situation at present,the relevant data analysis shows that there are many problems in the development process of the industry,such as low added value of products,low quality of employees,low investment in agricultural science and technology,low utilization rate of Plateau Summer Vegetable waste,small scale of production and processing enterprises,weak ability of R&D and innovation,and infrastructure water.Lower average,higher logistics costs.In view of the above problems,this paper mainly carries on the analysis from the theoretical analysis and the empirical analysis two big levels,in which the theoretical analysis mainly concentrates on the first three parts,mainly through the analysis of the related theories,to pave the way for the following empirical analysis;the empirical analysis mainly concentrates on the fifth part,which mainly from the static and dynamic two different angles to deeply analyze Lanzhou City.At last,according to the relevant conclusions and problems found after theoretical and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward some reasonable,scientific and effective suggestions and measures for the good development of Plateau Summer Vegetable Industry in three counties and five districts of Lanzhou from different levels.
